I went today at noon to get information about orthodontic treatment and made an appointment for the evening. They gave me an appointment for 7:00 PM. I arrived around 7:00 PM and registered, and the woman at the reception desk said, "We'll call you back," so I started waiting. It was crowded. The receptionist was friendly, but she didn't tell me which doctor would be handling my treatment, and she doesn't manage the appointment system. As I said, it was crowded. One or two patients were waiting, and all the patients who had come in before me got in. I didn't mind this, but after a while, they started accepting the patients who had come in after me. So, I went and told her. While I was still waiting, she mentioned the woman who had come in 5 minutes earlier and said, "We'll see you later, there's one person ahead of you," but I'd been waiting for 1:30 hours. My 7:00 PM appointment was now 8:30 PM. If so, why are they rescheduling it for 7:00 PM? I'm busy, and I've wasted 1:30 hours. I talked to the doctor because I was waiting, but I'm really angry about this situation; I'm going to be disgraced with my money. We shouldn't be disgracing our doctor. It would be very beneficial for your clinic to find someone who can manage appointments and, at the very least, tell new patients which doctor will be attending them.
