Иммунотерапия

I've only had good experiences here. It's pricey but you can make actual appointments, for which you are generally seen on time, and the checkout process is efficient. The staff are well-trained and the bureaucratic process is well-refined. Of course, the doctors are top notch. Value added: it's a very nice hospital in aesthetic terms.

I did my full medical checkup here on Friday(with prior appointment). It was really amazing 5 stars experience and here are the positive things about this hospital -Free transportation for the patients from Bangkok international airport to the Hospital or hotels nearby. -Professional and enough staff available to help you. -Amazing ambience, clean, decorated like a 5 stars hotel!! -It took around 4 hours to complete the whole checkup including meeting the Doctor for the results (written report will get after 2 days) -If you speak Arabic, this is best place for you as they have translators and some staff knows some Arabic words. -open mini-buffet included if you take the medical checkup. Here are the only 2 negatives -This hospital prices are high compared to other hospitals in bangkok. But it worth it as you will feel at home!! Clean, helpful and always smiling and welcoming staff!! Well organized place. -It takes more waiting time at the x-ray and ultrasound, however, it is mentioned that the whole checkup takes around 4 to 6 hours. It took 4 hours. Five stars to the best hospital I have ever been!!!

Well, bit over priced and certainly over rated. Initial correspondence, airport pick up all were great extra services. Language can be an issue! After registration, went to see an internal medicine specialist, the delay to see wasn't explained well. Some tests that will be avoided in public funded hospitals because doctors are experienced enough to rule out a few tests as unnecessary, here they will push you to do because it works towards achieving the financial target. Sent medical records by email from past and one specialist was clear about saying no time to look at so many reports, bring print outs of important ones. Not a bad place to come for second opinion, especially when your own GP feels they have reached dead end!! Quite prompt in organizing appointments etc. Ideal, if you are on a holiday and get check ups done. Make sure the prescribed medicines are funded in your home country!! Pretty well managed.

Good place to go. We come from first world country but still the experience and the service is good. The cost wise is expensive for Thailand but I guess the service provided is justified for. Anyway it’s a nice place and friendly service. Have to make prior appointment otherwise very hard to get things done.

Beautiful interior and good online booking system, but beware. When I showed up as per the appointment stated time, 2pm, I was told I needed to wait for quite a bit as they only had 1 dermatologist available that afternoon. I said fine and that I would go and eat something and come back at 3pm, which they agreed to. Instead, other patients were seen to before me and I ended up only being seen at around 4.30pm. My appointment was quick and only required 5 minutes. Staff outside also didn't seem to be in sync with the nurse station inside. Why allow me to schedule an appointment at 2pm if they knew there would only be one specialist available that afternoon? Staff were of course really friendly, lovely, and the food court and food choices were delightful, but the long wait (even if it wasn't an urgent one) for a hospital of such premium quality and price was not pleasant.

I called them on Monday, and told them that I need a cyst removal done on my back around my left shoulder blade area. The receptionist told me to come the following day, which I was very impressed with how convenient and fast of this. Then I got there on Tuesday, registered, waited to see the doctor, then got the cyst removed within an hour! So thankful for a private hospital like this. The decoration was great, the staffs were very helpful and nice. Very pricey, but luckily I’ve had my private insurance. So I didn’t pay a dime for these whole procedures hehe

I had a wonderful experience at the hospital this morning when I went for a couple of appointments with consultants. The hospital staff I interacted with were all very polite, quick and efficient (minimal wait times) and both Drs I met with were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. Paying at the cashiers was also very efficient. All in all it was an exceptional experience and I couldn’t have hoped for better.

I had a very positive experience at Bumrungrad International Hospital during my recent visit for a comprehensive health screening. My goal was to undergo a thorough examination that included cancer screening as well as an assessment of vitamin and micronutrient levels. From the moment I arrived, the service was efficient and well-organized. I was promptly greeted and guided to the concierge, where an English-speaking staff member clearly explained the available packages and the overall process. I appreciated the clarity and professionalism throughout. Registration was smooth, and the staff were patient and courteous. They even helped me take advantage of an ongoing promotion, which saved me nearly 3,000 THB—a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. They even provide you with a locker to store your stuff and give everyone a tan comfortable, robe outfit with slippers during the testing period. The medical testing lasted approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, with very little downtime between each procedure. The screening included a wide array of evaluations: vital signs, blood tests, body composition analysis, EKG, stress test, chest X-rays, whole abdominal ultrasound, urine and stool analysis, eye screening, and a final physical consultation with a physician to review all results. Here was the general timeline of my day: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: Concierge consultation 9:00 AM – 9:15 AM: Registration 9:15 AM – 12:15 PM: Comprehensive testing 12:15 PM – 12:45 PM: Lunch (included) 12:45 PM – 1:00 PM: Eye screening 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Final physical examination and results review with the doctor The doctor provided thoughtful, personalized feedback and health recommendations based on the results. I was also given official receipts, which can be submitted to insurance back home. I recommend contacting your insurance provider beforehand to inquire about coverage and, if applicable, requesting a pre-authorization letter to simplify the billing process. Bumrungrad also sends a full, detailed medical report via email within 2–4 weeks, and they provide a dedicated contact email in case follow-up is needed. While the service is on the higher end in terms of pricing for Thailand, the professionalism, organization, and quality of care made it well worth it. I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process and would highly recommend Bumrungrad International Hospital for anyone seeking a thorough, high-standard health screening in Bangkok.

The place offers an amazing level of care - if budget allows (they are regular European prices), it’s worth it. From personal accompaniment to excellent treatment, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Each department is on a different floor of the 19-story building, and the views are beautiful. There was no waiting, and registration, appointments, and pharmacy / optician / medical supply services were seamless - all integrated in one place. It took me just an hour from registration to receiving the correct medication. Fit-to-fly documents and the invoice for my travel insurance were provided without any hassle. The only downside: the cafeteria didn’t have plant-based options, so I had to skip a meal. Otherwise, an outstanding experience!
