I had a 3,700 graft FUE+DHI hair transplant at Estethica Global (Atasehir branch) in March 2025. Overall, a positive experience, and I would recommend them.
I didn’t use their travel package (hotel, airport pickup, etc.) since I stayed with a friend, but the clinic still made me feel welcome. Before committing, I was invited to tour the clinic, meet a doctor, and ask questions face-to-face. My coordinator, Adnan, and my friend helped translate, as the doctor spoke limited English — but he was kind, professional, and clearly experienced. I appreciated the low-pressure consultation and that I had to initiate the sign-up process myself. The clinic is clean, modern, and the quoted price was better than expected (€2000 for FUE or €2200 for DHI).
They gave me a realistic plan: focus on the front half of my scalp first to avoid thinning everything out, and return in a year if I want to address the crown (not included in the first price). I liked their honest, phased approach — no hype about a perfect “one and done.”
On procedure day, I had a blood test, my head was shaved, and the 7-hour surgery was done by Mr. Metin and nurses Yağmur and Rümeysa. They used Propofol sedation briefly at the start and midway — it was pain-free but I stayed awake, which I actually preferred. I fainted briefly after (due to fasting and no mid-surgery break), but they responded quickly and took good care of me. I felt safe the whole time.
Early results look good so far — decent density, minimal discomfort, and I only took one pain pill. Still in the recovery phase, but I’m hopeful for how things will progress.
Some constructive feedback:
• The aftercare PDF had conflicting info (e.g. 10 vs 30 days for swimming, 3 vs 7 days for coffee). Not a huge deal, but patients need clarity after a €2000 procedure. I hope they update this.
• The aftercare kit (shampoo, neck pillow, certificate) didn’t include other recommended products, and there was no written list showing what’s included vs. extra. Later I saw they sell a 6-month set for ~€450. Probably mentioned verbally, but a printed breakdown would’ve helped.
• That said, I wasn’t pressured to buy anything. I saw the product ingredients and sourced my own affordable alternatives — a nice option to have.
One last note: I had to ask for copies of my contract, receipt, and documentation. It seems most patients don’t, but I’m used to getting paperwork. Once I asked, they provided it.
In summary: Estethica offers great value, professionalism, and realistic expectations. The staff were kind, the care was solid, and I felt supported — not upsold. I’m happy I chose them. Just come prepared with questions, request written info, and be patient with the recovery. Thanks again to Adnan, Mr. Metin, and the whole team!
