Very good hospital. Good facilities. Their working staff are very coordinate especially reception area. Positive attitude in the staff and doctor. Rooms are specious and very clean.

Columbia Asia hospital is one of the best hospital. Their working staff are very coordinate especially customer care staff was very helpful and cooperative with patients as well with other core staffs. Also this hospital gives family friendly experience.

Had a very bad and unprofessional experience. I had made payment through practo . Upon arrival i was told that I need to repay as the payment made earlier does not match the MRN number. I was told that i can collect the refund from the main reception. There i was the made to explain the matter again. Receptionist guy was extremely incompetent and didn't understand one single word. He made me to go back to the lady who said that i need to make the payment again. Finally after 40 mins they understood what is going on. Extremely unstaisfied.

Staff is inefficient and untrained. Most of the time I have seen them struggling with pcs. Printers and network. No doubt doctors are good So one need to have patience and to be alert making sure doctors instruction are correct toy being followed by nurses.

I visited the hospital for annual health check.The health check coordinator Ms.shanthi was very friendly and co-operative. All the tests were done in a timely manner with almost no delay.. tq Whitefield Columbia Asia.. keep up the customer service standards
