My experience has been Wonderfull, Dr Quiroz has done several procedures on me, I am a patient of him for many years, This year I had a surgery in May and I am planning to get another one in October, the facilities are clean, modern and beautiful, he has a great staff, Denisse his coordinator does an amazing job, she is one of the people that as soon as she starts talking she makes you feel confident and safe. I just love this place.

I had a procedure done in July 2019 and I am so happy with the results. Dr. Castaneda is amazing. He is so professional. My recovery was quick. Adriana and Denise were so helpful from day one. Adriana his assistant was so professional and walked me through the whole procedure and everything that was said was exactly how it went. I am so happy I did my research and found an amazing Plastic Surgeon. Sometimes going to Mexico may seem sketchy but I can assure you these Doctors know what they are doing. There office is so nice. The operating room was also very nice. Thank you Dr. Castaneda love my new body!!!

If i could give it 0 stars I would... this place nearly killed me. I woke the day after my surgery in a pool of blood the dr didnt put the bulbs on my drainage tubes because doing so would cause to much work for the night nurse. The night nurse made me keep the room light on all night so sge watvh me on the tv and not have to check on me or the pne other paticent all night..i got MRSA then spetic. I stayed in the recovery spa for a few days getting any kind of help was like pulling teeth.. I was the only paticent on the whole spa... do not go here... my mom got a facelift looked decent but the scaring was jagged and visable

This clinic stole all my money and then said they had no documentation of me paying. Then when I sent them the proof they told me a woman that worked for them was stealing.... but that they wouldn’t reemburse my positive balance that there was nothing they could do and thy wouldn’t give me my money towards the surgery at all. That I would have to re pay a second time if I wanted surgery. No one answers once they have money and no one responds to my emails anymore and i never ever seen the money back. So be careful. Your hard earned money will disappear and you won’t get anything done. I have all the messages and proof and screen shots of all of this. It’s been years and years now and still never fixed. Then I dig deeper and found hundreds of woman on a fb page that posted their scary photos. Of their stories and surgery. I cried at how scary their stories were. I couldn’t myself very lucky that I didn’t get surgery. I have photos of the woman too if you want to message me.

Americans Beware. Read all reviews. Positive reviews are likely from family members of this facility and or staff!. My wife came here several times to see their dermatologists. They charged us more than what we pay here in the States for mole removal and their dermal pharmacy is a joke! We are charged $34.00 U.S.DOLLSRS for a balm that you can purchase on Amazon for $14.00 DOLLARS. SCAMERS BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE FULL OF CROOKS

I recently visited Dr. Castaneda and Cosmed Clinic in Tijuana, Mexico for gynecomastia surgery and lid surgery. This doctor and clinic are top of the line. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the clinic clean and modern and the doctor top notch. The work performed beats all expectations that I had and the scarring is near invisible only 5 weeks out. Don't be afraid to go here down in Mexico; I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Quiroz! I had a lower body lift in 2006 and 12 years later, it still looks great. The scar is practically invisible/hairline which is fantastic.I recently went back to discuss more procedures (arm lift, thigh lift, upper body lift/crescent lift and lipo on hips) and he was as friendly and knowledgeable as ever and greeted me like we were old friends! A great thing is Dr Q and his team don't try to get you all the "extras" (like selling Botox if you're there for an arm lift if you don't ask for it)- he truly takes the time to discuss your areas of concern and answer questions. You won't feel rushed at all during the consultation. When I had my last surgery with him, he was great with follow-up, including calling after surgery to check on me. When I became ready to schedule my next operations, there was no other surgeon I would have considered going to-- and I even have an uncle who is a plastic surgeon! Dr Quiroz is professional, kind and does great work. His staff is wonderful also! I have spoken with Ana who has been great. I met with Dennise when I came in and she was so kind and took her time. She is so sweet and never once did I feel rushed or like she was trying to close a sale. I am excited for the recovery center, also! Pearla was my nurse for my last surgery so I know I'm in great hands with her in charge of my comfort as I recover. I can't express how much I am looking forward to my operations in December and how much confidence I have in Dr Q and his team. I've spoken to a few people about my surgeries coming up and each one has asked me for the information and I gladly share it because I know they'll be in great hands. And cost? You can't beat it! The costs of the surgery given don't have "hidden" fees like other places. You can finance if needed and the office staff is very knowledgeable of that information. The price is incredibly reasonable. How about safety? Crossing the border for surgery can sound like a scary experience if you've never done it but there is no team I would more with me life than this group under Dr Q's guidance. The office is in a clean, safe area and they will transport you to/from the border if you aren't comfortable driving yourself. Overall, if you're considering anything from a facial to a body lift, there is no where I would recommend more!!

I had surgery with Dr Quiroz in June 2016. I had a facelift with neck lift, breast lift, augmentation and liposuction. I was nauseous with vomiting the night of my surgery and I remained in recovery overnight with the RN’s giving me Phenergan injections which helped tremendously. The second floor is for pt’s to recuperate. It is locked. Everyone has a safe in their room for your valuables. You put your own code on so no one else has access. It is covered 24/7 by nurses who come in every day to clean and change dressings. I had 3 meals a day plus snacks which I could either eat in my room or go to the dining room. Dr Quiroz did a wonderful job and visited me every day, I was there for 9 days. The only regret I have is that the left side of my face has started to droop a little. My neck still looks fabulous. I wish I had a brow lift during that time and Dr Quiroz did suggest having one. Overall my experience was wonderful. Such dedicated experienced and talented staff. I would do it all over again.
