I saw Dr Miles Berry at Cosmetic Surgery Partners London, and he is an exceptional surgeon — not just for his skill, but for the way he genuinely listens and puts his patients at ease. From my very first consultation, he explained all possible outcomes clearly and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way.
He’s calm, kind, and clearly takes pride in getting the best results for you, not just the textbook answer.
The hospital team on the day were also outstanding — warm, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. A special mention to the wonderful anaesthetist who made the experience far less nerve-wracking than I expected.

My experience with CSP was amazing from start to finish. I had top surgery with Miles Berry and I couldn't of imagined it to go any better than it did. All staff were lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable. No complaints about the hospital and facilities. I received all the help and information I needed. I am more than happy with my post op results and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting the same.

Had an excellent experience with Mr Andrew Douglas for gender Maxillofacial Surgery. He has been highly professional, kind and patient throughout the whole process and reassured me at every step. I am still in the process of healing, but I feel very cared for by both he himself and Nurse Lindsey, who is in regular correspondence. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone in a similar position to me - struggling with their physical gender presentation and needing a professional to help and advise on the best course of action to alleviate dysphoria.
Mr Douglas takes gender issues very seriously and does his best to advise on a case-by-case basis - and I'm confident he is educating himself by speaking with other leading trans/LGBTQ+ healthcare professionals. CSP feels like a safe space for everyone, especially gender-inccongruent folks.
