I had the best experience with Dr. Caughlin. He is truly so talented at what he does and I’m extremely happy with my jaw lipo/chin implant results! From my initial consultation through all my follow ups post surgery, I have felt very well taken care of and couldn’t be happier with my overall experience. Several years ago, I had a chin implant done, but I was never fully satisfied with the results. Earlier this year, I decided to explore options for a revision and began researching some of the top chin implant specialists across the U.S. After consulting with many doctors, I had a video consultation with Dr. Caughlin (aka Dr. C), and he immediately stood out. What impressed me most was Dr. C’s deep experience and the way he clearly explained what an ideal outcome should look like. Unlike other consultations, where I often left with more questions than answers, Dr. C was detailed, transparent, and confident in his approach. After a couple of follow-up video calls, I scheduled my procedure, which was completed on May 28th. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Dr. C and his team made the entire process smooth and even enjoyable. His skill, artistry, and professionalism are truly exceptional. If you're considering this type of procedure, I highly recommend trusting Dr. C’s judgment—this is as much an art as it is a medical science. I can't say enough amaing things about Dr. Caughlin and his staff! I was insecure about my jawline from a very young age. I stumbled across Dr. C on Tiktok during COVID and I researched what I wanted done after that. I should have done it years ago! Dr. C is the best at one he does, and extremely ethical. I live in FL where the plastic surgery field is far from ethical and more of a turn and burn chop shop. Dr. C is NOT like that. He genuinely cares about the outcome of the procedure and satisfaction of the patient. Also, Dr. C will not upsell you on things that are unnecessary for your case. Each case he works on is individualized for that person's needs. For example, my consult was virtual, and webcam cameras can distort a little. We ended up going a different route when we met in person for pre-op and added on buccal fat removal. Right now, buccal fat removal is getting a lot of hysteria and hate. When I first heard his recommendation, I was a little nervous at first. But I'm glad I jumped all in and trusted him. All in all I did neck and jawline lipo, chin implant, and buccal removal. While buccal fat removal might not be for everyone, it was 100% the right choice for me. In my youth, my buccal fat was cute. But when I look at pictures nearing and entering my 30s, my buccal fat was sitting lower in my face, giving me a "tired, grumpy, rbf look." I think it would have ended up looking kind of jowly as the aging process continued. I flew up alone, and I was very daunted by that idea but I shouldn't have been. His team made sure I had everything I needed. I also have to give a shout-out to how amazing his staff is. Robbie and Jimmy were great! On the day was flying out, I was medicated, overwhelmed, and tired, and woke up to a dead phone with no ability to call an Uber. I had no one in the city to help me and I had all my belongings on me for my post op appt. Jimmy made sure someone got me into a taxi and off to the airport safely. Such a small gesture meant so much to me and speaks volumes about what great people work there. The trust I have in Dr. C and his team in huge. I have flown back for a filler and Botox touch up and plan on continuing to do so. It's amazing what a difference a surgery can make. I was never bad looking, but the difference in my confidence and how I'm perceived in the world has changed. If you're thinking about it, do it! Trust Dr. C and trust the process!

What you can say about Dr C?! He’s definitely entertaining but more than that he’s an artist. My face has drastically slimmed down! I actually have dimples when I smile!!! But my cheeks were too fat to know lol! Buccal fat and chin implant changed my entire face. To me, this is the closest to a facelift. I feel great I had nearly no pain and recovery was smooth. I can reach him anytime I can see him anytime no hassle. He answers questions he’s patient. All those videos you see…tik toks….whatever he’s actually a great doctor who gets serious and wants to fix whatever issue you have!

I received a chin implant and liposuction on my neck from Dr. Caughlin a little over a year ago. The whole process was a breeze, from consultation to recovery, thanks to Dr. C and his entire team. They followed up and made sure I knew they were available if I needed any support throughout the process. I loved seeing results come through as my swelling went down, and now I am so excited to have this new confidence with me as I prepare for my wedding in the fall. I would recommend Dr. C to anyone looking into this kind of procedure. Thanks!!
