The Harley Street Clinic is certified by
- ISO 9001:2000 for the efficient qualitative services provided in the Hospital
- Healthcare Quality & Safety (HQS) program for the implementation healthcare quality and patient safety policies.
The Cancer Center is considered as one of the best in London. It has the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark. It means people living with cancer have all necessary conditions of cancer care in the Hospital.
The London CyberKnife Center is the 1st center in the UK providing CyberKnife treatment to patients with:
- brain cancer
- prostate cancer
- liver tumors (both benign and malignant)
- pancreatic cancer
- spinal lesion.
The treatment is available on the outpatient basis.
The Cardiology Department is awarded Centre of Excellence by the Quality, Safety and Improvement Department in the USA. According to the Healthcare Commission, the Department is in top-10 hospitals for heart surgeries in London.
Stay at the Harley Street Clinic
- a patient can stay in the private ward with a bathroom, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning
- a patient has a personal resident medical officer to assist
- highest infection prevention and control.

I went to the clinic for a septoplasty and the care was exceptional. The reception team was welcoming.
We received a private room waiting for the nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon to come for providing information. I've been treated extremely well, so was my partner. The food is high standard for hospital.
The operation went well and I've been provided with the right drugs and recommendations for the best recovery.

The healthcare is excellent, but sadly the administration behind it is woeful. Seven months after an insured treatment was conducted the hospital decided to contact us out of the blue, claiming 950 GBP outstanding on our account. Despite 3 months of trying, they were unable to provide a copy to either ourselves or our insurers, and once this was eventually done and were told by our insurers not to contact us whilst the invoice was being assessed, we received a letter threatening to pursue legal action.....all this at a time when our 18 year old son has been through a period of great stress. Absolutely shameful treatment that lets down a great healthcare team

Consultant care is fabulous - cannot be faulted - however... Overdue excess fee of £130.00 (hardly the King's Ransom!) letters were addressed to my son (needless to say - not the person who was paying the bill!) - so I wasn't getting the reminders... then Admin person has the audacity to phone me at work to chase the money!!! Disgusted with the customer service I have been shown this afternoon! Literally disgusted! Such a shame as Mr Woods was so fantastic, it is always an admin person with a superiority complex that spoils the ENTIRE customer experience. So cross. If you want me to may the bill, address the letters correctly and maybe be polite when you call!!

I was recently referred to HCA Healthcare by Dr. Tsepov, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
Special thanks to Vicky, Vanessa, and Clavel for their kindness and professionalism throughout my visit. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that I felt at ease.
A heartfelt thank you to Fadia, who is not only incredibly kind but also an outstanding phlebotomy specialist. Her skill and reassuring manner made what is often a stressful experience feel comfortable and seamless.
The clinic itself is spotless and well-maintained throughout, reflecting the high standards of care they provide.
I highly recommend HCA Healthcare for anyone looking for private medical care with a personal, compassionate touch. Thank you again to the entire team!

As a patient you are put at ease very quickly here when you first attend. All the staff are happy and friendly which makes it easy to relax and forget any stress you arrived with. On regular attendance you become part of the 'family' so to speak .
Staff and other patients are always smiling!

Their administration is appalling. By their 13 mail letters of 6 dates, from 8 February 2019, to today Friday, 9 August 2019, from HCA Healthcare UK, to us, they have incorrectly charged us for 2 appointments and for 4 membership services that we have not received.

I honestly can't fault them booked a consultation for surgery at the last minute while visiting London for the day and was seen within 3 hours. Lady was lovely, got all the information I needed in order for me to decide what was best for me. I'm looking forward to meeting a surgeon now !
