The Harley Street Clinic is certified by
- ISO 9001:2000 for the efficient qualitative services provided in the Hospital
- Healthcare Quality & Safety (HQS) program for the implementation healthcare quality and patient safety policies.
The Cancer Center is considered as one of the best in London. It has the Macmillan Quality Environment Mark. It means people living with cancer have all necessary conditions of cancer care in the Hospital.
The London CyberKnife Center is the 1st center in the UK providing CyberKnife treatment to patients with:
- brain cancer
- prostate cancer
- liver tumors (both benign and malignant)
- pancreatic cancer
- spinal lesion.
The treatment is available on the outpatient basis.
The Cardiology Department is awarded Centre of Excellence by the Quality, Safety and Improvement Department in the USA. According to the Healthcare Commission, the Department is in top-10 hospitals for heart surgeries in London.
Stay at the Harley Street Clinic
- a patient can stay in the private ward with a bathroom, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning

I went to the clinic for a septoplasty and the care was exceptional. The reception team was welcoming.
We received a private room waiting for the nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon to come for providing information. I've been treated extremely well, so was my partner. The food is high standard for hospital.
The operation went well and I've been provided with the right drugs and recommendations for the best recovery.

نقص في الكوادر الطبيه وتدني الخدمة في العيادة على الجميع تجنب الدكاترة العرب في العياده ارفضو الي دكتور اصله عربي نصيحه من مجرب

Beware - customer care is non existent, glossy brochure but nothing helpful such as pre-admission info which is paramount, at the Portland Hospital consultant was excellent & nursing staff great but aftercare is shocking money spinning out of hours doctor service at £350 an appointment. Recommend seeking alternatives to HCA Healthcare.

Their administration is appalling. By their 13 mail letters of 6 dates, from 8 February 2019, to today Friday, 9 August 2019, from HCA Healthcare UK, to us, they have incorrectly charged us for 2 appointments and for 4 membership services that we have not received.
