Una vergüenza, fui el martes pasado con un dolor horrible, me atendieron me dijeron que era una infección de orina. Acabo de volver pxq no se me ha pasado. Me piden una muestra de orina y esta conmigo 40 minutos pxq el médico no hace la petición para que la manden a analizar. El dice que no es de riñon que es de columna ( eso dice) . Me dicen si quiero calmantes le digo que no que calmantes tengo ya que solo quiero que me solucionen el problema, pxq así no puedo seguir. Yo trabajo y necesito estar bien( yo nunca falto al trabajo) y me dice que la medicina no se impone . Y el médico me habla mal, pésimo el trato. Por cierto solo éramos tres en urgencias. Me enfado y le digo que no se moleste que me voy a otro medico. Y la contestación de este señor es vete a donde quieras. Y me he marchado y no me han dado ni papel para firmar el alta. Y a mi me descuentan todos los meses y pago ha hacienda para pagar los sueldos de esta gente. Por favor que seriedad es esta. Y comentando los que se habla dentro de la consulta con otra gente. Pero esto que es.

Quería dar las gracias a la Clínica San Roque (Maspalomas), en especial al doctor Edwin Pantaleon y todo su equipo, el cual me opero de Hallux Valgus derecho e izquierdo, lo que actualmente conocemos por juanetes. Gracias a Tania que me dio información, a Miriam que se había operado y lo aconsejaba, a Irene y Rocio por su paciencia, simpatía, pero en general a todos por su profesionalidad. Gracias, gracias, gracias sobre todo al doctor Edwin Pantaleon que me operó y me dejo unos pies perfectos. De vivir toda la vida con unos pies imperfectos, con dolor, ahora a mis 52 años estoy alucinando. Estoy muy contento con el hospital San Roque Meloneras . Me han operado dos veces en el hospital San Roque Meloneras y el resultado de la operación y el trato recibido por el personal ha sido espectacular. Ahora estoy por una mamografía de mí mujer y han sido puntuales. Estoy muy contento con este hospital ya que es muy completo

This is a private hospital and you are expected to fund your health care for all those who want to leave Europe,get use to this. This hospital is very efficient friendly and informative, thank you for the service you provided, our bill was being paid by a third party so no issues for us but clean helpful and very good service.

During the visit doctor even didn't show interest to see my knee. I told him I suffered a lesion recently and have pain and he said he doesn't feel competent to deal with this topic I should rather go to a traumatologist. He didn't care I have to wait to see a traumatologist at least a month! You pay for the visit and a doctor in such a big hospital says he doesn't feel competent to attend you. He even didn't say if there is an inflammation or not. I have been with basic injuries to general practicioners before in a private hospital in another city and they never mind to see the injured part, check the range of movements, inflammation etc. If the patient takes time, pays, comes and have pains, is it not the obligation for a doctor to help?

I have received tremendous care here following a fall whilst on holiday that resulted in a double fracture of my right ankle. The staff are extremely pleasant and competent and if there are any problems with the language barrier there are translators readily at hand. The doctors are fantastic. Huge thanks to Dr Dr La Torre and his team for his splendid care. Muchas Gracia's a todos!!

Waren mit einem 4-jährigen da. Freundlicher Empfang, hilfsbereit, kurze Wartezeit.Eine Dolmetscherin begleitete den gesamten Besuch.Arzt stellte offensichtlich die richtige Diagnose, die antibiotische Salbe hat sofort geholfen.280 € für 15 Minuten Behandlung, aber dafür gibt es ja eine Versicherung.Musste anfangs 500 € Kaution hinterlegen (privat), das Restgeld wurde zurückgebucht.

Bad service. All the doctors were really agressive and not nice, exept only one man. The transelators are rude and angry. My sister was in a lot of pain because of a kidneystone. They gave her painkillers, and she said they did not work and asked for another painkiller. They sai they had to wait for the doctor, and thats understandable. But they came in to give her more of the one that did not work. She then tell them politely that she did´nt want it because it did not help, and then they were angry at her because of that. She was there for several hours in a lot of pain, and the doctor did not come. I understand that its busy, but they gave her a panic attack and then yelled at her for it. Its not her fault that its busy. Also, when you have pasients, you should be nice. Next time I´ll rather go to another hospital, because it was a bit of a horror hospital.

It has nearly been a year since I was at the hospital. In my 4 weeks stay until I was air lifted back to the UK in an air ambulance I was treated and cared for by the wonderfull doctors and nurses for my various conditions using their expertise. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars was the food without any choices, but they did have a superb canteen which I was a regular visitor with my wife.
