Money making business, be aware if you don't have an insurance. After doing some research and speaking to our hotel reception we decided to go for his hospital for our 16 month girl. We have spoke to insurance to check if we are good to go. Insurance contacted hospital before we have arrived, so we didn't have to pay deposit. Our girl was examined promptly after arrival, taken to ward swiftly, prescribed treatment and diagnostic. Staff speaks good or communicative English, is kind and easy to deal with. We received good size room, with kitchenette and bathroom with all necessary toiletries. Meals were very good. Both sides of hospitalization, doctors and medical care as well as amenities were 5* (there were some negatives but minimal). We have been very looked after, to much higher quality than in UK or in Poland.

Been here several times for various issues needing different departments. the staff are very polite and helpful. The hospital is set up in a good way. there are various places to eat and a convenience store. this place in sum can well handle people waiting for their friends in some sort of manner, but also taking care of an individual with a particular problem or issue. strongly recommended.
PS interesting note - while the hospital apparently did their orginal image deal with Bangkok Hospital in Bangkok, they and this Phuket institution do not share files or have any kind of working association.

Got bitten by a monkey whilst on vacation and had to visit a hospital for emergency treatment. Bangkok hospital Phuket was chosen quickly and I am very glad we chose it. Everyone was extremely attentive, all nurses and doctors spoke good English, were very professional, and were very kind. I was in and out of A&E within 30 minutes. It cost £180/7,140 baht for my treatment. We visited on a Sunday evening and it was very quiet, in a good way! They also put all of my treatment in a gift bag which was a really nice touch for a bad situation.
The building was also extremely clean and well maintained. I must say, this was probably the best emergency care I have ever received in my life. Thank you to all the staff at the hospital.

Outstanding Services. Our favorite hospital in Phuket. Our daughter got a common cold while traveling in Thailand and we took her to this hospital. Top notch place. Modern and the doctor were up to the International Standards. Great experience for us and our daughter recovered fast. Our International insurance got covered and all worked nicely.

Emergency is very quick but when it comes to international insurance it’s horrible, everyday the new system, they fighting for 50 euros and not letting out of the hospital even if insurance will definitely cover it the next day and they have my passport and its not enough. I thought it’s more prestigious hospital. And every time for vaccination i have to wait at least 2 hours cause they don’t let pay insurance for several future visits... The system should change or thai people need to be more relax........😤💩

Really slow service and it’s a Monday I still have no answers exactly of what is wrong. So thanks for wasting my time...also may I add when I was waiting and finally called I sat down and guess what... the doctors on Facebook then quickly goes off it to show me my ultra sound results???!! What on earth avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible hospital. Completely disorganized, no communication between departments, doctors won’t listen to you when you’re trying to give medical history. The only doctor who stood out and went above and beyond, was the cardiologist I saw. The rest were completely useless. The nursing staff was fantastic and the rooms were large and comfortable (though mine had cockroaches). The food was substandard so i ended up ordering takeout for most meals. This was an absolute letdown c…ompared to the other Bangkok Hospitals that I’ve visited. I was hospitalized September of 2019 at Bangkok Hospital Phangan and Bangkok Hospital Samui and I can’t praise both places enough. They were, by far, the best hospitals I’ve ever been to. I was hoping to find the same quality at Bangkok Hospital Phuket, but was completely dismayed to find the opposite. At the other Bangkok hospitals, the organization and communication between all departments and our insurance was stellar. We had an international office coordinator who walked us through the entire process, and made sure that we understood the guarantees of payment coming from insurance, etc. Each day I was provided with a menu that offered both Thai and western food, which was completely lacking here at Bangkok hospital Phuket. In addition, the long lines at the cashiers and miscommunication from nursing staff made this a frustrating and overly complicated experience. If you are in Phuket and need medical services, I’d recommend going somewhere else instead of wasting your time and money at Bangkok Hospital Phuket.

คนไข้ป่วย ไปพบหมอมา 2 รอบ โทรถามเรื่องปรับยา ตามที่หมอได้อธิบาย โอนสายปัดไปปัดมา พนักงานพูดเพราะ แต่น้ำเสียงไม่มีความเต็มใจ ให้โทรถามหมออะไรไม่ได้เลย เทียบกับ รพ บำรุงราษฎร์ รพ ปิยะเวท วันหยุดวันอะไร ติดต่อได้ตลอดเวลา สื่อสารกับหมอให้หมด ดีกว่าเยอะมาก บริการดี นึกถึงคนไข้เป็นคนสำคัญ - รพ กรุงเทพ ภูเก็ต ควรไปเปลี่ยนข้อความอัติโนมัติในระบบเถอะ เราจะใช้ความพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ - คุณไม่ควรใช้คำนี้มาโฆษณา !!!!

its the everlast time !!! i visited this biggest SCAM Hospital !!! live here on the island for 6 years , so i have some experiences about hospitals ! medication is 300% more than average price !i had a member expat card but you get only reduction on the medicine ! stay out this overrated hospital !!! 3stars service with 5 stars charging !!! they rip your money as much as they can !! and yess i have insurance 😉

Nonsense hospital, patient been waiting at CCU for discharge and no doctor is avail for 3 days. WELL DONE for such a big hospital.
