Terrible Experience at Manipal Hospital, Palam Vihar (Gurgaon)
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Manipal Hospital in Palam Vihar. First and foremost, the hygiene standards are shockingly poor. The washrooms are extremely unhygienic and in a state that’s completely unacceptable for a healthcare facility. Even in the front desk area, cleaning is done using basic brooms instead of proper cleaning equipment, which poses a serious risk to patients—especially those admitted and already vulnerable.
The floors are dirty, and the general maintenance of the facility is clearly neglected. Customer service is also very poor. The staff behaves rudely and shows a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. To make things worse, the hospital seems to be charging exorbitant amounts for everything. Lab tests are charged at nearly three times the normal rates, and there are hidden or unnecessary charges at every step.
Overall, I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. They need a serious overhaul in terms of cleanliness, staff training, and ethical billing practices.
