I visited this hospital for my andrometrosis problem. For this i met Dr. Jyoti kankanala who is an excellent obstetrician-gynaecologist. In my case she attended me in a very excellent way. She was so good in her job and also so kind and warming, and i m so much thankful to her. I strongly recommend Dr.Jyoti mam to ppl who are suffering this problem. I also want to mention Dt. Srinivas prasad perla, he was a great help in my surgery. Thanks a ton to srinivas sir for treating me so well in my surgery. also am thankful to other doctors including grishma mam who helped me in a warming way. And every stuff here was superb in there job specially vijay vani, varna , sharanniya all were very good.Last but not the least i woud like to thank gatnjali mam and mr. Shuresh for there cordial support. Gitanjali mam was like a family member the way she helped in my case. And any word for mr. Suresh will not be enough. I m very much thankful to them for all there help. Due to there support I never felt i m in another country miles away from my home.

Outpatient experience: Doctors are good. But a patient experience in a hospital depends on...how I am received at the reception? How much is waiting time? There is absolutely no queuing system at registration, OPD and investigations department. The staffing everywhere is very low and patients have to wait for a long time unnecessarily. Everything looks like chaos and nothing is streamlined. Hope the management does something about it.

We have been visiting Dr. Rajesh Vasu (at Continental Hospitals) for over a month now. My mother-in-law had a wound on her leg, and was diagnosed with incurable Ulcer by the doctor. After a couple of rounds to the hospital we were referred to Dr. Rajesh Vasu at Continental Hospitals, Hyderabad. Dr. Vasu with all his experience has been treating her since then and we are super happy with the treatment. What appeared to be an imminent surgery (Skin Grafting) in the beginning, Dr Vasu was persistent in treating the leg without any external intervention and it has been so good so far. Dr Vasu is a very pleasant, warm and easy to communicate with. He is very patient and listens to his patients. We would highly recommend Dr. Rajesh Vasu to anybody.

Highly over rated hospital. Services were seamless and excellent if you donot ask anyone any questions and pay the highly overcharged bill.You must be admitted in this hospital only if you are filthy rich otherwise would not recommend even for insurance patients. I was admitted and then my spouse. Since my bills were fully approved by the insurance company, I had no issues. But when the same bill was submitted for my spouse, the insurance raised questions about over charging in investigations. Can you imagine we were charged 30000 for investigations in three days of hospital stay.When you scrutinise the bill you find the following:Investigations rates are much higher than any hospital. The doctors are excellent but you will be prescibed with all investigations and medicines.You will be billed for two doctor visits everyday even if they visit you only once. Another set of doctors cally duty doctor visit you everyday so that you have to pay their every day visit. Thei activity is to document your treatment in the hospital and overcharge you accordingly.There is dietician charge which one have to pay, but the menu for the patient does not change. you are served with Idli and dosa in the mornings. Meals with chapati and rice in the afternoon and evening.Valet parking works between 9 and 6pm only. Pls collect you car keys from the main gate by paying the security and search for your car and drive off.On Sundays and holidays you won't find any parking staff. The entire B1 and B2 are reserved for the doctors and their fancy cars. The patient who pays the entire bill of the hospital have to park their car in B3.

Service and facilities, cleanliness are good, taking appointment is seamless, overall treatment is good, waiting time also reasonable. Staff looks experienced and well trained. I visited OP only, my experience might be different with other patients. Giving 3 star only as I feel Fees & charges are higher side. Followup visits after 7days are chargeable (is this norm??), Simple xray cost you 400Rs around. If cost not a concern you can go and get treated here.

Excellent hospital in terms of services providing ad maintaining the cleaness or the staff behavior .i was admitted fr delivery undergone surgery they really take very gud care of mine .. I want to thank each and everyone ....Dr Jyoti kankanala and the hole team of assistant .everything was pofessionally done. It Would be remises of me. If I don't mention the Nursing staff who always attended to my needs with A smile ad kinds Words.special thanks to Linet, manju, Anu, Athiraj, on the whole it was great experience To have to deal with friendly ,professional and kind people 😍

I had a road accident recently and diagnosed with fracture of occipital bone and brain hemorrhage. Through my close relatives I got to know about Dr. Rajashekar Reddy Sir. On the 3rd day post my accident, I met doctor. He saw my reports and explained about the problem clearly. He adviced me to admit as sometimes these cases may become critical. I admitted in the hospital and I was under treatment for a week. Day to day I could witness what sir have been told about my condition. Slowly my pain cured and the brain hemorrhage resolved. Thanks to Dr. Rajashekar Reddy Sir, who has taken a very good care and helped me to cure my physical pain and gave motivation to become mentally strong and overcome my problem quickly. He is down to earth and always approachable.I would like to thank Sir's assistant Dr. Ahmed Sir, who took a good care of me. He came to see me even on Sunday. He also gave me moral strength.I want to thank Sir's personal assistant Ravi, who helped me through out the process. He was assisting us from admission process till discharge process. He helped us in providing appointment with doctor post discharge even though it's an ad hoc request.I would like to thank 7th floor economy ward staff. They have taken a very good care of me. Hospital is hygienic. Food provided was not bad. On whole a big thanks to each and everyone who helped me to cure fast🙂

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Continental Hospitals, Gachibowli. The staff here are completely unprofessional and lack basic courtesy. Long waiting times, rude behavior, and zero empathy from the nurses and front desk staff made my visit frustrating.
On top of that, the hospital is outrageously expensive for the services they provide. They seem more focused on billing than actually caring for patients. Even for minor procedures, the charges are ridiculously high, and they try to push unnecessary tests just to increase the bill.
For a hospital that claims to be world-class, the service is far from it. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine care and professionalism. There are far better hospitals in Hyderabad with better staff and reasonable pricing. Avoid if possible!
