I am 28 years old and had a hi-def lipo done in June 2019 by the awesome Dr. Castañeda. He is one of the best surgeon's in Mexico! Adriana, the patient coordinator was awesome and followed up every step of the way through my surgery. The ladies in the clinic's recovery room (not the boutique hotel as I did not stay there) were great and very attentive at all times. I can say I am completely satisfied with my procedure after exactly two months post-surgery. I have previously witness three other plastic surgeries in the US and neither compares to the outstanding care and service I received at CosMed Clinic by their great doctor and staff. Dr. Castañeda will definitely by my plastic surgeon for many years to come!

Dr. Quiroz is an amazing doctor that does FLAWLESS work and TRULY CARES about his patients!!!! If you are looking to have any type of body reconstructive surgery done, Dr. Quiroz is the doctor you want performing the work!!!! In July 2019 I had a 360 body lift, fleur de lis tummy tuck, BBL, and thigh liposuction and could not be HAPPIER with the outcome and treatment!!!! The work Dr. Quiroz did is truly perfection and a masterpiece!!!!! Dr. Quiroz and his AMAZING team have made it possible for me to finally have myself back after being in a wheelchair for 5 years and having to lose the weight I had gained from being in the wheelchair!!! Dr. Quiroz years of experience and education shows through in EVERY step of the process. He is an amazing doctor and his staff are equally as amazing making sure to completely take care of you medically and emotionally!!!!! I will forever be undayingly grateful to Dr. Quiroz, Dr. Sanchez and Denisse!!!! Cosmed Wellness and Beauty is a Diamond in the rough!!!!! Thank you for completing the jurney I worked so hard to get too, so perfectly!!!! I can't wait to do the second part of the surgery so that I will be 100% back to myself prior to the accident!!!! Americans Beware. Read all reviews. Positive reviews are likely from family members of this facility and or staff!. My wife came here several times to see their dermatologists. They charged us more than what we pay here in the States for mole removal and their dermal pharmacy is a joke! We are charged $34.00 U.S.DOLLSRS for a balm that you can purchase on Amazon for $14.00 DOLLARS. SCAMERS BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE FULL OF CROOKS

If i could give it 0 stars I would... this place nearly killed me. I woke the day after my surgery in a pool of blood the dr didnt put the bulbs on my drainage tubes because doing so would cause to much work for the night nurse. The night nurse made me keep the room light on all night so sge watvh me on the tv and not have to check on me or the pne other paticent all night..i got MRSA then spetic. I stayed in the recovery spa for a few days getting any kind of help was like pulling teeth.. I was the only paticent on the whole spa... do not go here... my mom got a facelift looked decent but the scaring was jagged and visable

My experience has been Wonderfull, Dr Quiroz has done several procedures on me, I am a patient of him for many years, This year I had a surgery in May and I am planning to get another one in October, the facilities are clean, modern and beautiful, he has a great staff, Denisse his coordinator does an amazing job, she is one of the people that as soon as she starts talking she makes you feel confident and safe. I just love this place.

I visited numerous Drs in Tijuana and the states, i made my research and I got to Cosmed Clinic and asked for Dr Quiroz we started with simple procedures like botox and fillers and the years went by and I decided to give it a chance for surgery, the results are beyond my expectations. Great Doctor and great staff.

This clinic stole all my money and then said they had no documentation of me paying. Then when I sent them the proof they told me a woman that worked for them was stealing.... but that they wouldn’t reemburse my positive balance that there was nothing they could do and thy wouldn’t give me my money towards the surgery at all. That I would have to re pay a second time if I wanted surgery. No one answers once they have money and no one responds to my emails anymore and i never ever seen the money back. So be careful. Your hard earned money will disappear and you won’t get anything done. I have all the messages and proof and screen shots of all of this. It’s been years and years now and still never fixed. Then I dig deeper and found hundreds of woman on a fb page that posted their scary photos. Of their stories and surgery. I cried at how scary their stories were. I couldn’t myself very lucky that I didn’t get surgery. I have photos of the woman too if you want to message me.
