Hospital is clean and good infrastructure.In emergency ward there is no chairs to sit with patients.It is a very big place and u just clicked the pictures of emergency block. Doctors here are good but this hospital money minded. Only who has money can reach out this hospital for a check up.

போரூர் என்ற பேரூரில் மருத்துவ கல்லூரியா இல்லை பறவைகள் சரணாலயமா என்று வாய்பிளக்க வைக்கும் இயற்கை சூழல். திறமையான சிறப்பு மருத்துவர்கள், மருத்துவ வசதி மற்றும் சோதனை மருந்து ஆய்வு கூடம், உணவு கூடம் மற்றும் பரந்த வாகன நிறுத்துமிடம். நல்ல மருத்துவ வசதி, சிறப்பு.Jaw dropping experience in Porur, windering whether this environment is medical college or birds sanctury ?!?Excellent speciality care for each department, Clinical Lab, Canteen and vast parking space.Good medical care, great !!!

Good and affordable treatment. A lot of keralites depend this hospital for treatment. No frills. Good canteen nearby. Lush green campus.

Doctors of SRMC Porur are just amazing... Specially doctor Praveen (surgical gastroenterology) , he is so caring that patient would get cured with his words... Thanks to that man!! Genius too!! All nurses are very good,they also check patients attentively..

When u go here for an emergency, they will try to confirm if you are good enough to take care of expenses first. I still remember taking my family member in an ambulance, with the letter from a clinic doctor, clearly stating patient needs medical care ASAP. Instead of speaking to a doctor, a money minded admin person spoke to me and told ICU is full and will take several hours to be admitted. Had to travel several kms to a diff hosp due to this, by the time I reached, it was too late. If any of the management person is reading this review, make sure a doctor makes a decision, not some money minded management crook. U will never know the pain of losing someone due to a bad decision by a 3rd person, unless it happens to yourself.

First security persons are very worst category of persons..They are telling that we are Ex service man..Too much arguing with that persons..Further more there is no time limitation for any medical tests.Employees are too slow to process even a single result.The food delivery system of shakthi inside of the hospital is too late and not proper response.Compare to this hospital Apollo is too good for paisa and respect..

Excellent hospital in Chennai with efficient doctors... But even though the reason why I am giving "one star" is only for there worst and very lazy management. People working very slowly in almost all the counters like reception, medicine dispensary, also canteen encounter etc.I asked for PAN 40 tablet in the medical counter and they gave me some other brand and not for PAN 40 by not even inform me before accepting cash. Also the procedure they followed in the medical counter was very irritating. There are three seperate queue we have to stand to buy our medicine.1. We have to stand in a little ng queue for billing2. Again we have to stand in the same croud queue for making payment3. We should approach dispatch counter for collection of our medicine.This thay have to simplify, otherwise patients and their attenders will suffer a lot.They are following this irritating procedure not only for dispatching medicines... This same procedure has been followed for taking our medical test also.First we how to collect the name of the test from one counter and by approaching cash section for payment then we have to approach and other counter for sign of then we need to go to the particular room for taking test.when we enter into the hospital we have dedicated parking place for our two wheeler and four wheeler vehicles but we saw some private vehicles where parking next to the "no parking" board, but the security people didn't take any action eventhough day noticed that. Hospital management should consider this kind of partiality treatments.Thanks.

Doctors are good. But support staffs and nurses are worst. They treat people as if they're doing it for free. Nurses don't do nursing work but they keep themselves busy in paper works. Too much higher prices. Inspite of being in general ward I spent more than 1.5 lakhs for a child delivery.
