Medicana Çamlıca Hospital has the Emergency Department, which provides services to meet the needs of emergency response and ambulatory emergency cases. The Department is located on the same floor as the operating rooms, has a total of 12 beds, including 2 children, 2 surgical interventions, 1 resuscitation (CPR). There are also intensive care units with waiting, informing, and resting areas for patient relatives.

Despite having an appointment, you are not seen until you’re placed in a queue, which means you might not even get examined. Is this a clinic or an airport? Are we supposed to check in for a medical appointment like we would for a flight? Our experience here has been extremely disappointing. The level of service is far below acceptable standards, and the receptionists, in particular, seem completely incompetent. It’s clear that they lack the necessary skills to manage appointments and patient interactions efficiently. This has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. We are extremely dissatisfied with the service we received.

A modern hospital with good management. Clean and tidy. Nurses both males and females are absolutely nice and cooperative. Doctors are professional. The food manu should be improved because I was there as a foreigner and many dishes were new to me.

Very bad and unprofessional Team !
The receptionist even does not have the knowledge about turist or foreign visitors identification documents.
Even by showing them the kimlik and work permit they ask you passport.
No team working and very slow people
I never suggest anyone this hospital.
They took your time and do not support you finally

Their treatment services are excellent, but the hospital needs maintenance. The building does not have air conditioning in the rooms, the temperature is high, and the windows do not allow enough air to cool the room. It is difficult to stay during the post-operative period. Please consider the issue of maintenance. I advise the reviewers to make sure that there are fully equipped rooms.

The atmosphere of the hospital is not relaxing and organisation is poor. No English - even from the translator and “international desk”. The ladies at this desk were unfriendly with most of the clientele.
They told me the “system is not working” to avoid taking my private insurance (Mapfre) and asked me to pay cash for a consult. I walked out without hesitation.
