MOTIVO: Mi dra. solicito unos analisis geneticos. La dra ANTES de darme el "volante" para la extraccion de sangre CONSULTO y explico verbalmente lo que se queria obtener al jefe del Laboratorio, confirmando éste que LO QUE SOLICITABA ERA POSIBLE, pero que tenia que introducirlo en el sistema pues no lo tenia. Yo también hice hincapié nuevamente en el momento de la extraccion. Al recibir los resultados NO COINCIDEN CON LO ESPERADO a pesar de las explicaciones y consultas previ…as. Tras hacerlo saber me indican que lo que se pidio es imposible de obtener por la tecnologia existente. Tengo conversaciones telefonicas grabadas con estas personas que demuestran lo que expongo. CONSECUENCIA: En todas las consultas previas lo que se pide es posible, uno se fia y abona 300 euros. Luego cuando ya esta hecho resulta que no es posible. Por que no me avisaron en ninguna de las consultas previas?? Un ingreso de una semana que para mi fue muy agradable. Desde la entrada en urgencias por accidente de tráfico, un montón de pruebas, hasta mi ingreso en planta y alta hospitalaria, trato muy bueno; amables y muy simpáticos, y con paciencia y humor (siempre unos mas que otros, lógicamente) y comida bastante buena.

Last week, I was traveling with a relative who needed medical attention (she had fallen and fractured her wrist). We were impressed with every aspect of this hospital. They treated us exceptionally well, with professionalism and warmth, and we were in and out in less than 2 hours. She consulted with a medical provider, got X-rays, a cast and sling, as well as care instructions.
Thank you to the Hospital Juaneda Muro staff for taking such good care of us.

Got taken to this private hospital as I’d been spiked whilst on holiday, the hospital in itself was clean but the staff and care was horrific. The doctor put me in intensive care for 4-5 hours as he wanted to give me hourly check ups since I’m type 1 diabetic, I had nobody come to check on me and still got charged for the “care” they did not give me. They injected me with insulin and overdosed me leading me to go into a really bad hypo (low blood sugar) when I pressed the emergency button all the nurses did was stand at the end of my bed speaking in Spanish whilst I cried telling them I was going to collapse and needed urgent glucose. When returning they gave me a piece of bread and a sugar free orange juice, thankfully my mum could get to a vending machine to get me a coke! They then put me on a glucose drip which was blocked and nobody noticed for 3 hours, by this time I requested to discharge myself and had to pay £1000. When I was removed from intensive care to a normal ward, a woman came in shouted “dinner” shoved what looked like a plate of prison food on the table and walked out slamming the door shut. Please I recommend to anyone that is even thinking of going to this hospital, DONT! I had such a traumatising experience with being spiked the hospital care made me never want to return to Spain again because of this. A nurse also tried to steal my ring whilst my mum was filling out insurance papers in the next room, luckily I was able to make a noise as I was unable to speak and paralysed, once my mum came in she panicked and gave the ring to my mum and then said she needs to put a cannula in and went off and never even returned! This was all in the space of 8 hours. Please don’t visit this hospital, the majority of staff are rude, unhelpful and look like they don’t even want to be there!!!

desastrosa atención en urgencias el médico nos derivó al traumatólogo que nunca nos atendió , después de dos horas el mismo médico tuvo que intentar resolver pues habían perdido al traumatólogo, a pesar de haber avisado de la demora en recepción

Can't fault this hospital who treated my extremely ill partner recently during our holiday in Alcudia when he was taken dangerously ill. Excellent treatment from the hospital nursing staff and the doctors. The admin necessary for dealing with insurance also very good.

para pedir una cita al callcenter es imposible , es increíble que una clínica privada se atreva a dejar colgado al teléfono , hasta que uno cuelga de aburrimiento .
