Muy mala experiencia no able con doctor solo con la coordinadora pero de ahí salí decepcionada para no regresar jamás siento ke alamejor discriminan por ser mexicano. Han de querer americanos así pueden agarrar dólares o por lo menos me dieron esa impresión OPINIÓN bueno mejor boy con otro doctor ke me atienda bien y valoren y no discriminen

El servicio de Concierge muy bueno, igualmente el cuidado de las enfermeras, el downside es el trato del Dr. muy temperamental, una cita puede ser la persona más amable y en otra alguien grosero, carece de tacto humano. El resultado general muy lejos de lo que te ofrecen.

Very very disappointed with this clinic. First I asked for one Dr. and was assured I'd get him, even after I arrived, but I didn't. I asked for lipo and a thigh lift. The Dr. explained he couldn't do the thigh lift as I'd get bad results so I agreed. When I woke up he'd done it, and hadn't done one of the places he was supposed to for the liposuction. Worst of all he tried a new kind of suture with me and they dissolved too early so I left with gaping wounds that were infected. I had to get emergency care when I got back to Canada. The clinic admitted fault due to the new type of stitches and agreed to correct the scars which are huge and brown because the gaps in the wounds were up to 2 inches wide! Now they refuse and won't even answer email. Go somewhere else for your surgery as this place does poor work, won't stand behind it and are very unethical. You do not want to end up like me!

Horrible experience. What would help are doctors who listen to what patients want and need rather than doctors who insist on pushing treatments patients don't want or need in order to make an easy buck. If I tell the Dr that I want 15 units of Botox because that's what I always get, then I would like to receive 15 units of Botox and not 30. First time in my life I leave in mid-consultation. And "consultation" is a misnomer since this doctor took a sideways look at me from across his desk and told the nurse to prepare 30 units - after I told him that I only wanted my glabella to be injected and that for my muscles 15 units is more than enough. Thankyouverymuch but I don't want you to stick a needle anywhere else in my face so that you can sell your 30 units. Very glad I left because with that attitude - he started rolling his eyes and grunting when I told him I didn't want my horizontal lines to be injected - who knows what he could have done. Avoid avoid avoid.

I was treated like a queen , picked up from the airport and brought to all my appointments Dr Valdez explains everything in detail and the clinic is very clean he listens to what you want and what your looking for , and all of the team is wonderful Robyn was great to deal with right from my very first email to my first call and throughout my entire experience . I stayed at orchid recovery and was treated like pure royalty Michael is amazing and the nurse at orchid is great. Highly recommend staying with orchid recovery!
