Nous sommes un couple de femmes. Après 18 inséminations cumulées pour nous deux en Belgique nous avons repris en main notre projet. Après comparaison et suite au premier echange tel avec procréatec très rassurant nous avons entamé un nouvel essai avec eux. Le contact tel à eu lieu en juin et notre miracle est arrivé dans le ventre en aout après un double don. Nous avons aujourd'hui une belle petite fille de deux ans et un petit frère en route tjs grâce à procréatec. Il s'agit d'une petite clinique très accueillante et chaleureuse. Les actes sont effectue avec douceur. Les échanges sont tjs encourageant même après un échec (4tentatives pour le petit frère). Encore un grand merci à l'équipe avec une spéciale dedicace au docteur izquierdo (un medecin qui peut rendre fiere sa profession avec de très grandes qualités humaines).

Desde nuestro humilde punto de vista como clientes de esta clinica debido a un tratamiento realizado en la misma ,sentimosmucha impotencia saber que las cosas no se hicieron bien , y se pudo evitar lo que paso que fue el no embarazo de mi mujer debido a muchas cosas que hicieron mal .pero en fin fue asi y no hay vuelta atras .aunque no recibimos ninguna llamada ni de clinica ni doctora para saber nuestro mal estar ni antes ni despues , cuando paso un.poco tiempo y a pesar de haber gastado nuestros ahorros , y hacer este tratamuento cin mucho sufrimiento y esfuerzo.Nos guardamos rencor y que os vaya bien en la vida .pero una llamadita no hubiese costado nada hombre.

Nous avons ete incroyablement bien accueillis par le personnel de la clinique. Une vraie attention et un professionalisme continue pendant toute la procedure de FIV. Nous recommendons ce centre pour toute personne souhaitant augmenter ses chances et souhaitant trouver un endroit ou le personnel est honnete, serieux et competent.

Accueil très professionnel et individuel. On croirait que vous êtes unique! Consultation claire et prise en charge optimale même pour ce qui ne relève pas du soin. J'ai perdu mon ordinateur et ils m'ont aidé pour la police !!!Réussite du premier coup et maintenant des jumeaux en pleine forme !!!

Después de recorrer las que supuestamente eran las clinicas mas prestigiosas de España, solo ahí supieron encontrar mi problema a la primera...nunca les podré agradecer la atención exquisita y personal que recibí. Ya con mi bebe en casa :)

Great clinic full of incredibly kind and lovely people. Dr. Meski was warm, caring, and encouraging - a wonderful presence to have throughout the egg freezing process. Alejandra, my patient care specialist, was very attentive and patient with my large volume of questions and was always a lovely person to interact with. Olga, who led me through the initial part of the process, was fantastic and it was always such a pleasure to see her and arrive to see a big smile and lots of positivity.
With egg freezing, there can be times that are frustrating or disappointing when having professionals who show that they truly care about their patients means everything and, likewise, when times go well and you receive positive news, having people there to encourage you and celebrate the wins makes a process that can be scary or daunting feel worthwhile with people like this around you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this fertility clinic. From the moment I arrived, the secretaries were unfriendly and dismissive. They seemed annoyed when I asked questions and made me feel like I was a burden. This lack of professionalism and empathy made an already stressful process much worse. I expected a higher standard of care and respect, especially in such a sensitive environment. I do not recommend this clinic based on how poorly I was treated by the administrative staff.
