My experience was good. I was a inpatient for 8days. Consulted Dr prince Varugese. He is a goood listener and friendly. Very easy to communicate our ailment. Other duty doctors were all attentive. Nurses services were v.good. Rooms are very small but clean. Fan needs to be replaced in Room no 305. Ac remote was not working. We had to change the battery ourselves. PRO takes interest to know patient's opinion and their difficulties faced by CGHS patients and clarified doubts.CGHs counters are prompt and functions well. Maintenance require attention. Canteen needs variety in items suppplied for both Diabetic and general. But services were prompt and v.good . Overall it is good .

Was referred to SilverLine for managing my blood sugar. Their approach is multi faceted and the holistic methodology embraces from diets, to medicine to lifestyle change recommendations. Found the Doctors and staff to be very amiable, customer oriented and solution centric. In short you are in safe hands

I booked a womens wellness package and was asked to come at 7.30 am on fasting to do blood work, to be followed by Mammogram, DEXA scan, doctor consultation etc.. after blood work at 7.45 am, I was asked to wait for mammogram..long wait till 8 45 am for the technician to arrive and then to be told to do the scan first.. this technician to come after 9 am... Wonder why I was asked to come at 7.30 am , when the technicians for other tests are going to come only after 9 am?? Time has no value for patients?? Not happy with the arrangements

One of my relative recently visited Dr.Roy Varghese and had the worst experience ever.
He was so arrogant and didn't even mention what condition she was suffering from. I was wondering how can someone who is so harsh and lacking empathy end up in this profession.
He even mentioned that the patient may end up in wheelchair in future.
For all those patients who are reading this review,
i would never suggest you to this doctor.

Hi I have had a life changing experience at Silverline Hospital. I was taken care of from the moment i stepped off the plane to the moment i was delivered back to the airport. The staff go above and beyond during the stay mine was 6 days. I was kept informed the whole time and nothing was a problem. We had an outing aswell which was organised for us. Special thanks Bindu for her warmth, Dr Lakshmi for her humour, Neetha, all the sisters that looked after me, the cleaners the maintenance crew the security man and finally Dr Vivek, Dr Babu both for expertise and Tinu and Aldho for being present and available. All and all a very professional service. The hospital also has great wifi!

It's a very good hospital . This hospital specialises in endocrinology and diabetes care. The doctors are friendly and very helpful.
