My name is Vika, and I am a medical coordinator at Bookimed. I work with specialties including dentistry, reproductive medicine, and ophthalmology. I organize medical treatment abroad by helping patients choose the right clinic and doctor, explaining each step, answering questions, and supporting them until their treatment is fully completed.

My goal is to make complex things clear, offer support when patients feel anxious, and be there when confidence is especially needed. For me, it’s important not just to arrange the trip but to create a sense of safety and trust throughout the patient’s journey.
