My name is Anastasia. I am a certified emergency physician with over five years of experience, and for the past three years, I have been working as a medical coordinator at Bookimed.

Every day, I guide patients from around the world on their journey to recovery — whether it’s oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, cardiology, ophthalmology, or pediatrics. I also handle complex cases that require a team approach and careful medical attention.

My greatest strength is empathy. I genuinely care for each patient, thoroughly review their medical records, listen carefully to their wishes, and then, together with the team, choose the most effective treatment option — from the clinic to the specific doctor. For me, it’s not just about organizing the process but being there — supporting, explaining, calming, and instilling confidence even in the toughest moments.

I believe compassion and professionalism are the two keys to true care. Everyone who comes to us deserves to be heard, understood, and supported on their path to health.
