Dr. Abu Shamsiya Rami Nuamanovych is a surgical oncologist and general surgeon who has performed thousands of successful operations. He is a World Health Organization (WHO) consultant for laparoscopic surgery and holds the highest medical category. Dr. Nuamanovych also serves as the President of the Association of Arab Doctors of Ukraine.
