Arturo Gracia is a psychologist and head of the psychology department at the Olympia Clinic in Madrid. He combines clinical and sports psychology, as well as coaching for high-level athletes. Arturo has developed his own RIOSA method, which he applies with a team of specialists throughout Spain. As a former high-performance athlete, Arturo understands what it means to be in the “skin of an athlete”, which helps him work with professionals and amateurs, individually adapting to their goals. His achievements include: working as a sports psychologist at Real Madrid, speaking at RTVE conferences, training in large companies and publishing the book “Pasa a la acción, cómo liderar tu vida”.

He was an outstanding athlete and for six years shared his knowledge about the workings of the brain with everyone through sessions, conferences, books and social media.

Arturo believes that taking care of your mental health should not start when life forces us to do so, but rather in advance - as a process of self-analysis and self-knowledge that promotes growth and motivation to achieve a fulfilling life.

He works side by side with athletes of all levels every day, helping them achieve their best results and have fun doing it. The fundamental principle of his approach is attention to the process itself - this is what gives self-confidence and a sense of security.

Arturo also works with professional and educational institutions to promote effective emotional management, conflict prevention and the creation of more harmonious and productive environments based on cooperation, generosity and efficiency.
