Dr. Christoph Neumayer is a Professor of Vascular Surgery at the Medical University of Vienna. Univ. Prof. Dr. Christoph Neumayer is one of Austria’s leading experts in vascular and endovascular surgery, internationally known for his precision in treating arterial, venous, and aortic diseases. With decades of surgical experience and academic leadership, he has played a key role in developing modern, minimally invasive vascular procedures that have improved outcomes for thousands of patients.
He studied medicine at the University of Vienna, graduating in the 1980s, and began his surgical training at the Vienna General Hospital (AKH). Today – Practices as a senior consultant at Wiener Privatklinik, focusing on the full range of arterial and venous surgery, including aneurysm, carotid stenosis, and peripheral arterial disease.
