Dr. Georg Schatzl is a urologist and andrologist. He specializes in men’s health, including erectile dysfunction, infertility, prostate diseases, and urinary tract disorders. He has performed thousands of procedures. Dr. Schatzl is known for his skill in both clinical and surgical urology.

He is an Extraordinary University Professor and a Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). Dr. Schatzl has published nearly 100 articles in international journals. His work has an impact factor of over 521 and a high h-index. He has given more than 500 presentations at national and international conferences. He also reviews articles for leading urology journals.

Dr. Schatzl has received awards such as the Mauermayerpreis (2003) and the Pfizer Prostate Award (1998). He leads the Prostate Work Group of the Austrian Board of Urology. He also has experience in quality assurance and medical management.

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Georg Schatzl is a leading Austrian urologist and andrologist based in Vienna, with extensive expertise in urinary tract, prostate, and male reproductive health. He studied medicine in Vienna, where he also completed his specialist training in urology and habilitation. At the Medical University of Vienna, he served as Associate Professor and contributed to the development of modern urological diagnostics and therapies. His clinical focus includes prostate diseases, urinary incontinence, urinary stones, erectile dysfunction, and male sterilization, as well as minimally invasive procedures and robotic surgery. Dr. Schatzl practices at Wiener Privatklinik and in private practice, combining individualized patient care with academic research and teaching.
