Alis conducts clinical trials in endoscopic surgery. He participated in the Enteral Stents for Colonic Obstructions (ESCO) study for the EAES. Additionally, he presented 86 papers in local congresses and published 55 papers in local journals. He also supervised doctorate theses on thyroid surgery changes and gastrointestinal bleeding mortality factors.
