Experience

On his return from London, he organized and directed the Arrhythmia Unit of the Cardiology Service of the Nuestra Señora del Pino University Hospital in Las Palmas until the year 2000.

Later he was associate head of the Arrhythmia Unit and Director of the Electrophysiology Laboratory of the Fundación Jiménez Díaz in Madrid.

Professor of Cardiology at the Autonomous University and Fellowship Program Director of the North American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (Heart Rhythm Society) positions that he held for 6 years until his transfer to the Quirónsalud Madrid University Hospital in 2006.

Dr. Cabrera has been the head of the Cardiology service at the Quirónsalud Madrid University Hospital since the hospital began operating in 2006.

Since January 2013, he is also head of the Cardiology Unit of the Ruber Juan Bravo Hospital Complex and in 2022 head of service of the new Olympia center.

He is a professor at the European University of Madrid where he directs the Chair of Clinical and Basic Translational Cardiology.

Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Granada. He completed his post-graduate training as an interventional cardiologist in the Arrhythmia Unit (cardiac Electrophysiology laboratory) of the Fundación Jiménez Díaz in Madrid since 1994 -1996.

Senior Research Fellow. at the National Heart & Lung Institute. Royal Brompton. Paediatric Cardiac Morphology under the direction of Prf. Robert H Anderson in London (UK) during the year 1997.

Dr. Niko Mihic is a Family Medicine specialist with 15 years of experience in Emergency Medicine at McGill and University of Montreal Teaching Hospitals. He completed his training at Laval University in Quebec. Dr. Mihic has published many articles and has worked as a lecturer at the University of Montreal.

For the past 12 years, Dr. Mihic has practiced in Madrid, Spain. He runs private medical offices and teaches at St. Pablo CEU Medical School. He is the Chief of the Executive Health Program at Hospital de Madrid. Dr. Mihic also serves as a medical advisor for the European Space Agency and as National Consulting Physician for Air France and KLM.

Dr. Maria-Eugenia Segovia is a specialist in internal medicine. She focuses on aesthetic medicine and advanced hair transplant procedures. She holds a Master’s Degree in Aesthetic Medicine from Rey Juan Carlos University. She also earned a Master’s in Dermocosmetics and Formulation from AMIR. Dr. Segovia is skilled in FUE, DHI, organic hair transplantation, and female hair transplants.

She completed an International Master’s in Hair Transplantation (FUE technique) at UCAM. Dr. Segovia has taken part in clinical trials and published scientific articles. She is committed to evidence-based practice and innovation in her field.

Dr. Jaime Pérez de Oteyza is a Spanish hematologist and heads the Hematology and Hematology Oncology Department at HM Hospitales Group. He is an expert in diagnostics and treatment of hematology conditions and hematopoietic stem cell transplant, and has taken part in the first bone marrow transplant in Spain. He holds a degree in general medicine from CEU San Pablo University, has trained in lymphomas pathology at Kiel University, and has a specialty in hematology and hemotherapy from the University of Alcalá. He has won numerous awards for his scientific research and has published over 40 papers on his studies. He is a member of the Spanish Hematology and Hemotherapy Society.

Dr. Blanco is an experienced pediatric cardiac surgeon specializing in cardiovascular surgery with extensive academic and professional experience, including positions as Head of the UCC and Head of the Pediatric Cardiac Surgery Services at various hospitals.

Dr. Blanca Lopez Ibor is an experienced specialist in children’s hematology and oncology from Spain. She is a lecturer at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Universidad CEU San Pablo, and is a consultant for the WHO and UNESCO. Dr Lopez Ibor has over 30 years of experience diagnosing and treating hematological and cancer disorders in children. She is also the head of two foundations that help children with severe health problems.

Dr. Gontrand Lopez-Nava is a leading Spanish physician specializing in endoscopic techniques for obesity treatment and works as the Director of the Department for Endoscopic Treatment of Obesity at HM Hospital Universitario Sanchinarro, as well as an assisting physician of the emergency care unit. He is a Professor of Medicine at CEU San Pablo University, Madrid, and a member of several medical societies.
