Somjet Tosamran, MD, is a neurologist. Dr. Tosamran is a fellow in epilepsy at the Neurology Division, Department of Medicine, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Bangkok, Thailand (2024–present). Dr. Tosamran completed a neurology residency at the same hospital (2021–2024). Earlier training includes internships at Charoenkrung Pracharak Hospital and Sakaeo Crown Prince Hospital.

His practice focuses on knee and hip replacement, advanced osteoarthritis and other degenerative joint disease, trauma and fracture care, and spine and musculoskeletal surgery. He has held clinical roles at major hospitals in Bangkok.

He teaches and gives lectures on orthopaedics and sports medicine. Topics include female athletes and relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S). Affiliation: Member, Royal College of Surgeons of Thailand (Orthopaedic Division).

Dr. Gun Keorochana specializes in spinal interventions and minimally invasive spine surgery. His expertise includes MIS TLIF, LLIF, MIDLF, endoscopic spine surgery, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty. He received his Doctor of Medicine with First Class Honors from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in 2000.

Dr. Keorochana completed orthopedic surgery training at Srinakarin Hospital, Khon Kaen University in 2004. He then joined a spinal surgery program at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University in 2006. He continued his training with a spine fellowship at UCLA Comprehensive Spine Center from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, he also completed a visiting fellowship in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery at the Desert Institute for Spine Care in Phoenix, Arizona.
