Dr. Ali Osman SOLUK is a successful hair transplant surgeon who works at Smile Hair Clinic, sharing his experience in hair transplantation and treatment with patients and guiding them. Dr. Ali Osman SOLUK, who graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, started his medical career in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, where he worked as a field physician in Home Health Services and as a senior manager in ISPER, one of the companies of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, for a long time. During this time, he contributed as a manager in the execution of most of the health services provided to Istanbulites by the municipality.

Dr. Gökay Bilgin is a co-founder of Smile Hair Clinic, holds an M.D from Istanbul University-Cerrahpasa, and is an ISHRS member. He has over 4000 hair transplant procedures and has developed TrueTM Philosophy with his colleague Dr. M Erdogan. He is known for his cutting-edge sense of humor and his top priority is the successful achievement of the operation and completing the total transformation.

Dr. M. Reşat Arpacı graduated from the İzmir Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and began his career as an Emergency Physician in Sakarya. His interest in aesthetic medicine gradually led him to focus solely on hair transplantation. He received his initial training in this field at prestigious clinics in Turkey and abroad.

In 2002, he obtained a Micrograft Hair Transplantation Certification from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) in Berlin, gaining the authority to perform hair transplants using the FUT technique. That same year, he earned a Biofibre Synthetic Hair Transplantation Certification through the Milan Hair Transplant Institute and established hair restoration clinics in Kuşadası and İzmir, Turkey. Between 2004-2005, he received a Medical Aesthetic License from the Flavius Aesthetic Training Center, approved by the Turkish Ministry of Health.

In 2006, he began using the FUE technique and perfected his skills through extensive work with this method. He also had the opportunity to train with Dr. Bessam Farjo, one of the world's leading hair restoration surgeons. In 2007, he invented and patented a unique FUE micromotor technique that allows hair restoration surgeons to work with a maximum number of hair grafts. From 2008-2011, he served as the founder, president, and chief trainer of a Beauty and Aesthetic School accredited by the Ministry of National Education in İzmir.

In 2010, he moved his hair transplantation practice to Istanbul, where he has been leading various high-profile hair transplant centers in the city. He has worked at several clinics across Turkey and served as the Head of the Hair Transplantation and Hair Health Center. As of August 2024, he continues his career as a hair transplant surgeon at Smile Hair Clinic.

Dr. Deniz Selin Kahya, who graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2012, completed her specialist training in Restorative Dentistry at Bezmi Alem Valide Sultan Vakıf Gureba Training and Research Hospital in 2016. Dr. Gulcan Albayrak is a gynecology and women’s health specialist. Dr. Derya Can has been an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Medipol Health Group since 2021. She diagnoses and treats diseases of the skin, hair, nails, and mucosa. Dr. Ceren Çetinbay, who graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2017, started her specialization training as a research assistant in the Department of Endodontics at Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2018. She completed her specialization training in 2021 and started her active medical career. She serves as an endodontic specialist in our clinic on specific issues such as root canal treatment, root canal treatment under a dental microscope, and removal of foreign objects from the dental canal.
