Prof. Dr. Engin Tutar was born in Istanbul in 1964. He completed his primary and secondary education at Istanbul Erkek Lisesi between 1975 and 1982, and graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1988. In December of the same year, he started his specialization in the Department of Pediatrics at Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital, becoming a specialist in Pediatrics in February 1993. He completed his subspecialty training in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, becoming a subspecialist in 2006. He served as the Assistant Chief Physician and Acting Chief Physician at the 2nd Pediatric Clinic of Dr. Lütfi Kırdar Kartal Training and Research Hospital between 2010 and 2012. In May 2012, he transferred to Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, where he became an Associate Professor in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition in 2014, and a Professor in 2020. Alongside his international and national article authorships, he has given over 50 presentations at congresses/courses/association meetings. He retired in May 2024 while serving as the head of the Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition department at Marmara University Faculty of Medicine. As of June 2024, he is accepting patients at Hisar Hospital Intercontinental.

Dr. Ersan Eroglu is an Associate Professor and general surgery specialist. He has served at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital since 2018. He has been an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Bilim University since 2014. He also lectures at Istanbul Arel University since 2023. He earned his MD from Fırat University. He completed his general surgery residency at Haydarpaşa Numune.

He has authored 16 scientific articles. He has 25 national and 3 international congress presentations. He won First Prize in Turkey for laparoscopic right hemicolectomy in ileocecal neuroendocrine tumors. He contributed a translation to the SAGES Hernia Repair Manual (laparoscopic TEP/TAPP). He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, the Turkish Surgical Society, and the Colon and Rectal, Bariatric and Metabolic, and Endocrine Surgery societies.

Dr. H. Murat Mutus is a pediatric surgeon with expertise in neonatal, thoracic, abdominal, head and neck, urological, gynecological, and oncological surgeries in children. He is known for treating complex congenital anomalies and pediatric tumors. He also performs minimally invasive procedures.

Dr. Mutus has published widely in international medical journals and has presented at many global conferences. He graduated from Marmara University and İnönü University Schools of Medicine. He is dedicated to advancing pediatric surgery through research, high surgical success rates, and personalized patient care.

Dr. Feryal Gun Soysal is a pediatric surgery specialist. She was Professor of Pediatric Surgery from 2013 to 2024. She has practiced at Memorial Ataşehir Hospital since 2017. She worked at Memorial Bahçelievler Hospital from 2020 to 2024. At the Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine, she led the Department of Pediatric Surgery from 2022 to 2024. She also headed the Pediatric Urology Division during that time.

Her academic work includes 72 international and 31 national peer-reviewed papers. She has given nearly 500 presentations and posters and has written or translated several book chapters.

She holds certifications in endoscopy, laparoscopy, and thoracoscopy. She also has experience in robotic surgery. She is a member of EUPSA, ESPES, the Turkish Medical Association, and the Turkish Association of Pediatric Surgery.

Dr. Ozden Gul is a general surgeon trained at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. She completed her general surgery residency at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital. She has decades of surgical experience and is fluent in English.

Her practice includes gastrointestinal surgery (gallbladder disease, hernias, appendicitis, GI disorders). She also treats endocrine conditions (thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal) and breast disease, both benign and malignant. She manages emergency and trauma cases. She offers minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery.

She has worked at Haydarpaşa Numune, Bakırköy, Taksim First Aid, Uzunköprü State, Keşan State, Beykoz Medical Center, and Medivia Hospital. She is known for meticulous technique and patient-centered care.

Dr. Erdal Otman is an ophthalmologist and eye surgeon with over 35 years of experience. He graduated from the Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1980. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the same institution in 1986.

His clinical expertise includes cataract surgery (phacoemulsification and advanced intraocular lens implantation). He provides medical and surgical care for glaucoma. He treats retinal and vitreous disorders such as retinal detachment, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Eda Tereh Akay is a general surgeon. She completed specialty training in general surgery and provides patient-centered care with modern techniques.
