Prof. Dr. Ceki Paltura is an ENT specialist and head and neck surgeon with 20 years of experience. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Medicine in 2004. He completed his residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Istanbul Taksim Training and Research Hospital in 2010. Dr. Paltura became an Associate Professor in 2020. He has worked at leading hospitals, including Haseki and Gaziosmanpaşa Taksim Training and Research Hospitals.

He received international training in voice surgery at Boston General Hospital. Dr. Paltura has published over 20 peer-reviewed scientific articles. He currently leads a private clinic in Kadıköy, Istanbul. His main areas of expertise are rhinoplasty, voice surgery, and general ENT procedures.

Dr. Ali Cem Oktay is a plastic surgeon with over 10 years of experience. He specializes in breast lift, breast reduction, Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), rhinoplasty, and gynecomastia surgery. He completed his medical and specialty training at Mersin University. Dr. Oktay is accredited by the Turkish Medical Association and the Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association.

He is known for high patient satisfaction and consistent, positive results. Dr. Oktay has published scientific articles and regularly attends professional conferences. His commitment to research and clinical care has earned him respect in the field of plastic surgery.

Op. Dr. Yunus Emre Şeker is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon in Antalya. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency at Akdeniz University Hospital. He trained under Prof. Ömer Özkan. He was an active team member in uterus and double-arm transplant surgeries.

In 2023, he won second place (Clinical Branch) in the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Research Competition. He taught plastic surgery at Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital from 2023 to 2025. He has spoken at national congresses and contributed to publications.

Dr. Songu has received several awards, such as the Politzer Society Special Award, Health Contributors Award, and Doctor of the Year. He has published more than 100 scientific articles. He has also helped train nearly 100 ENT residents, making a strong impact on medical education and research.

Dr. Mehmet Berki is a physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine and clinical leadership. He is Chief Physician and Responsible Manager at Scala Polyclinic (2025–present). He held the same role at Cinik Hair Hospital (2022–2024). He also worked full-time as an emergency physician at several hospitals in Istanbul.

He managed health services for 17,000–20,000 students and more than 2,000 staff at Yeditepe University. He trained 250 physicians in reproductive health and AIDS under the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline EU project. His background includes cardiology follow-up, hair transplantation, and clinic management in acupuncture and bioresonance.
