Dr. Inci Emekli is a neurologist at PARMER, Istanbul Medipol University (2025–). She specializes in Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders. She completed her neurology residency at Istanbul University (2015–2020). She then completed a neurology fellowship at Karabuk University (2020–2023) and movement disorders training at Michigan State University (2023–2024).

Her publications include an accepted article in Movement Disorders on the Head Snap Sign, a 2024 World Neurosurgery article on gender inequality in leadership, and a 2021 Parkinsonism & Related Disorders paper on hereditary Parkinson’s in Turkey. She delivered an oral presentation in 2022 on COVID‑19’s impact on carpal tunnel surgery. She also co‑authored a neurology chapter on hyperlipidemia in 2021.

Prof. Dr. Yasef began his medical education at Istanbul University in 1973 and graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1979. He started his specialization in neurology at the same university in 1980 and became a neurologist in 1985. During his specialty training, he spent 6 months at Hacettepe University in the Neurology Department in Ankara.

After becoming a neurologist, he completed 3.5 years of obligatory government service, spending the first 1.5 years at the Iskenderun Navy Hospital and the next 2 years at Diyarbakır Social Security Hospital. He returned to Istanbul University in 1989.

Prof. Dr. Yasef worked abroad in the United States from 1990 - 1991, focusing on dementia and behavioral neurology.

In 1994, he became an Associate Professor and continued working at Istanbul University until 1999. Between 1999 - 2002, he worked at Florence Nightingale Hospital, and then at Kozyatağı Acıbadem Hospital from 2004 to 2013.

Since 2013, he has been a valuable part of the team at Florence Nightingale Hospital.

Dr. Ali Osman Mucuoglu is a neurosurgeon. He completed his neurosurgery residency at Dokuz Eylül University from 2013 to 2019 after graduating from Eskişehir Osmangazi University in 2012 (2005–2012). He worked at Dokuz Eylül University and Muş State Hospital from 2019 to 2021. He has practiced at Atlas University Hospital since 2021.

He has five publications. These include a case report in the International Journal of Surgery Case Reports that has been cited seven times. He also reported on 3D printer‑assisted transsphenoidal hypophysectomy and on emergency minimally invasive intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) surgery. He delivered an oral presentation at the 33rd Turkish Neurosurgical Society Congress in 2019.

He is a member of the Turkish Neurosurgical Society, the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies, and the Istanbul Chamber of Medicine. His advanced training includes spinal surgery courses in 2016 and 2017, the European Training Course on Head Injury and Functional Neurosurgery in 2017, and Surgical Neuroanatomy in 2017. He also holds an animal experimentation certificate from 2016.

Dr. Alireza Soltanzadeh, born in Iran in 1969, is an esteemed anesthesiology and reanimation specialist with over 25 years of experience in critical care, cardiac anesthesia, and algology. After graduating from Urmia University of Medical Sciences in 1995, he quickly specialized in anesthesiology and critical care, beginning his practice abroad in 1998. Furthering his expertise, he completed a fellowship in cardiac anesthesia at Istanbul’s Çapa Medical Faculty and the Siyami Ersek Cardiovascular Center in 2006 and trained in pain management (algology) in 2013. Dr. Soltanzadeh has held pivotal roles throughout his career, including a five-year tenure as Chief Physician at a state hospital in Iran. Since 2018, he has practiced in Istanbul, contributing his expertise to the private sector and currently serves in the Department of Anesthesiology and Reanimation at Istanbul Okan University Hospital.

Dr. Ulvi Samadzade is a neurologist with training from Azerbaijan State Medical University, Gazi University, and Dokuz Eylul University Hospital. He diagnoses and treats neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke, migraine, and multiple sclerosis.

Dr. Samadzade uses advanced treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) therapy, migraine vaccines, and plasmapheresis. He practices at İzmir University of Economics Medical Point Hospital.

Assoc. Prof.  Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz graduated from Hacettepe University in 2000 as a Medical Doctor.  She completed her specialty training in the Department of Neurology at Ankara University in 2006.

She started her compulsory service in Mardin Nusaybin State Hospital in 2007.  Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz continued her duty in Gaziantep 27 December State Hospital in 2008.  She worked as a neurologist at Biophysis Nilüfer Medical Center and Ali Osman Sönmez Oncology Hospital in Bursa between 2010-2011, and at Istanbul Universal Aksaray Hospital between 2011-2012. From October 2012, she started to work as a Doctor Lecturer in Istanbul Medipol University Neurology Department.  Nesrin Helvacı Yılmaz received the title of associate professor in 2021.  In 2015, she worked as an Honorary Observer in Parkinson's Disease and Deep Brain Stimulation (Neuromodulation) at UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology, National Hospital for Neurology in London.  She took part in many training programs on Deep Brain Stimulation (Neuromodulation) in Turkey and abroad between 2013-2022.

Since September 2018, she has been working as a coordinator for student education in the 5th semester of Neurology. Dr. Başak Bolluk Kılıç, MD graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 as a Medical Doctor.  She completed her specialization training in the Department of Neurology at Ankara University in 2005.
