Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erkan Yıldırım is a thoracic surgeon with Turkish Thoracic Surgery Proficiency Certification (2003). He is also a member of the European Association of Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons (FETCS). Dr. Yıldırım completed fellowships at several international centers. At the Toronto Lung Transplant Program, he took part in 85 recipient surgeries and nearly 100 donor organ procurements.

Dr. Yıldırım wrote Turkey’s first overseas clinical publication on lung transplantation. He has presented at 37 international and 19 national congresses. He serves as a reviewer for leading journals and holds four patents in biomedical engineering. His areas of expertise include lung cancer, chest wall tumors, mesothelioma, benign lung diseases, and advanced chest wall deformity surgeries.

Dr. Adnan Sayar is a leading thoracic surgeon in Turkey. He has over 40 years of medical experience and more than 30 years in thoracic surgery. He is known for his work in minimally invasive thoracoscopic and robotic procedures. These techniques have helped improve patient recovery and outcomes for chest diseases.

Dr. Sayar received international training at top centers, including Kyoto University and the Karolinska Institute. He is a key figure in lung transplantation and serves on Turkey’s Ministry of Health Lung Transplantation Scientific Committee. He also holds the FETCS certification from the European Board of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery.

His expertise includes lung cancer surgery, tracheal and diaphragmatic reconstruction, and pediatric thoracic surgery. As a professor and mentor, he has led both public and private institutions. Dr. Sayar has helped thousands of patients and has played a major role in advancing thoracic care standards in Turkey.

Dr. Levent Dalar is a respected pulmonologist with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in interventional bronchoscopy and rare lung diseases. Dr. Dalar has trained and worked in France, Switzerland, and Turkey. He gained valuable experience at the University of Zürich’s Lung Transplant Unit. His background gives him a broad view of advanced lung care.

Dr. Dalar is known for his work in bronchoscopic techniques. He has diagnosed and treated thousands of complex respiratory cases. His main focus is on interstitial lung diseases and respiratory deficiencies. As a professor, he helps train future specialists at top universities. Dr. Omer Ayten is a chest diseases specialist. He has expertise in interventional bronchoscopy, endobronchial ultrasonography, diffuse parenchymal lung diseases, and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases. He earned his medical degree from Gülhane Military Medical Academy Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialization in chest diseases at Gülhane Military Medical Academy Haydarpaşa Education Research Chest Diseases Clinic.

Prof. Dr. Dilaver Taş is a pulmonologist with over 30 years of experience. He is a Professor of Pulmonary Diseases at Başkent University Istanbul Hospital. He specializes in pulmonary medicine and tuberculosis. Dr. Taş has extensive experience treating complex respiratory conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

He has served as Chief Physician at a military hospital and as a consultant in tertiary care centers. He has also worked as a faculty member in pulmonary diagnostics and interventions. His skills include advanced bronchoscopy (such as EBUS), pulmonary function testing, and the treatment of asthma, COPD, interstitial lung diseases, tuberculosis, pneumonia, and lung cancer.
