Dr. Ali Osman SOLUK is a successful hair transplant surgeon who works at Smile Hair Clinic, sharing his experience in hair transplantation and treatment with patients and guiding them. Dr. M. Reşat Arpacı graduated from the İzmir Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine in 2000 and began his career as an Emergency Physician in Sakarya. His interest in aesthetic medicine gradually led him to focus solely on hair transplantation. He received his initial training in this field at prestigious clinics in Turkey and abroad.

In 2002, he obtained a Micrograft Hair Transplantation Certification from the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS) in Berlin, gaining the authority to perform hair transplants using the FUT technique. That same year, he earned a Biofibre Synthetic Hair Transplantation Certification through the Milan Hair Transplant Institute and established hair restoration clinics in Kuşadası and İzmir, Turkey.
