Dr. Gun Keorochana specializes in spinal interventions and minimally invasive spine surgery. His expertise includes MIS TLIF, LLIF, MIDLF, endoscopic spine surgery, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty. He received his Doctor of Medicine with First Class Honors from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in 2000.

Dr. Keorochana completed orthopedic surgery training at Srinakarin Hospital, Khon Kaen University in 2004. He then joined a spinal surgery program at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University in 2006. He continued his training with a spine fellowship at UCLA Comprehensive Spine Center from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, he also completed a visiting fellowship in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery at the Desert Institute for Spine Care in Phoenix, Arizona.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Köroğlu is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Memorial Ankara Hospital (2024–present). She previously served as a faculty member at Gaziler Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Training and Research Hospital (2016–2024). She was Chief of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Clinic at Elazığ Military Hospital (2011–2015). She earned her MD in 2003 from the GATA Faculty of Medicine. She completed her PM&R residency in 2011.

She has additional training in musculoskeletal ultrasound, neural therapy, lumbar injections and manipulation, and botulinum toxin treatment for the spastic hand. Dr. Sirinda “Ning” Kittiprachakul is a board-certified physiatrist (Thai Board of Rehabilitation Medicine, 2025) at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital. She focuses on neurorehabilitation and cardiac rehabilitation. Her expertise includes geriatric rehabilitation, chronic pain management using Western dry needling, and electrodiagnostic and electromyographic studies.

She earned her MD with First Class Honors in 2020 and completed her Rehabilitation Medicine residency in 2025. She is a Ph.D. candidate in Clinical Sciences at Chulalongkorn University. Her research includes authorship in JACC (2019) and an abstract in Gut (IDDF 2025). She trained at KNRC in Korea in 2024. She received the MDCU Congress 2023 E‑poster consolation prize.
