Dr. Yoiner Cedeno, MBBS, M.D., is a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 12 years of experience. He specializes in cosmetic procedures such as liposuction, abdominal liposuction, mammoplasty, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, liposculpture, gynecomastia surgery, labiaplasty, and botox injections.

He earned his PhD in Medicine from the Central University of the East in 2008. He completed a Master’s in Aesthetic Medicine at UCAM in 2009. Dr. Cedeno is a member of the Dominican Academy of Plastic Surgery and the Brazilian Association of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Mehmet Hanifi Kutlar is a Medical Director and Health Tourism Director. He holds a Biology degree from Turkey and completed his medical education abroad. He founded Estecapelli and Bench Turizm. His leadership covers the Middle East, Balkans, Europe, and Africa.
