• Performing routine and major Penile / Urethral Reconstruction as well as Core Urology procedures twice weekly at Victoria and Queen Margaret Hospitals (Green light prostatectomy, Urolift Service lead, Prostate template biopsies, General urology)

In his professional career, Dr. Sarıer began working as a urology specialist at Özel Antalya Yaşam Hospital from 2005 to 2008, and then served at Gümüşsuyu Asker Hospital between 2008 and 2009. Dr. Ilter Alkan is a Professor of Urology with broad experience at leading medical centers. He has worked at Memorial Bodrum Hospital and Yeditepe University Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Alkan has served as a urology specialist in Turkey and abroad. He completed fellowships in laparoscopic urology and endourology at Krankenhaus der Elisabethinen in Austria. He also received advanced training at University College London.

Dr. Alkan earned his medical degree from Ege University and finished his residency at Marmara University. He later became an associate professor and then a full professor in urology. He is a member of the Endourological Society, Turkish Urological Association, SIU, and EAU.

Dr. Ender Kavukçu is a urologist. He graduated from Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, in 2004. He completed his residency at S.B. Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital. He became a Urology Specialist in 2009. In the same year, he passed the European Association of Urology board exam (FEBU).

He has held several leadership roles. He was ESWL (Stone Crushing) Unit Manager at GATA Haydarpaşa Training Hospital from 2010 to 2011. He was Administrative Manager of the Urology Clinic at Van Regional Training Hospital from 2012 to 2015.
