He also completed a Neurology specialization at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Rome and earned a second-level Master in Cerebrovascular Diseases from La Sapienza University.

Dr. Profice is the Director of the Operating Unit at Mater Olbia Hospital. He has also held important positions at IRCCS E. Medea. He is a certified instructor in advanced simulation for medical education.
