Professor Simon completed his medical studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He completed his residency and further training in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Hadassah University Hospital Ein Kerem.
Advanced training in the areas of gamete micromanipulation, laparoscopic surgery and reconstructive pelvic surgery for patients with gynecologic oncology diseases in leading clinics in Europe and the USA.
Today, Professor Alex Simon directs the IVF Center at Hadassah University and also holds an academic position as Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Professional biography
After completing his internship, he worked as a physician in a refugee camp (Kampala, Uganda) under the auspices of the Global Youth Movement for Africa (2007). He returned to Hadassah, where he worked in the orthopedic department during his residency.
From 2013 to 2014, he was an attending spine surgeon at the Bronx Hospital (New York). After returning to Israel, he currently works as a spine surgeon in the orthopedic department.
He actively uses robotic equipment and, together with the clinic’s team of doctors, has performed many complex operations to restore the structure of the spinal column.

Participated in various clinical studies in California, Switzerland, and the USA. Teaches at the University of Jerusalem and Cornell Weill University, is a member of the Association of Orthopedists and the Congress of Vertebrologists (Milan). Prof. Yigal Shoshan is an experienced neurosurgeon with over 20 years of practice based in Israel. Professor Tamir Ben-Hur is a neurologist specializing in stem cell therapy for neurological disorders, regenerative medicine, and neuroimmunology. He has a degree in general medicine from the Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School and a specialty in neurology from Hadassah University Hospital. He is the Director of the Clinical Neurosciences Division at the Hadassah University Hospital at Ein Kerem and has written over 100 papers. He is a member of several organizations, including the Israel Neurological Association, the American Neurological Association, the International Society of Neuroimmunology, the American Academy of Neurology, and the Society for Neuroscience.
Dr. Beatrice Uziely is an experienced cancer specialist, specializing in breast cancer, metastasis treatment, application of hormone and chemotherapy. She has been the Head of Oncology Department at Hadassah Medical Center since 2001. She holds a degree in biology and a degree in medicine from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a specialty in oncology and radiation oncology.
