Dr. Erdal Otman is an ophthalmologist and eye surgeon with over 35 years of experience. He graduated from the Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1980. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the same institution in 1986.

Prof. Dr. Tülin Tiraje Celkan is a respected pediatric hematology-oncology specialist with 28 years of experience. She has published over 130 scientific articles, including 133 listed in PubMed. She has also written and edited several reference books in her field.

Dr. Celkan served as President of the Turkish Pediatric Hematology Society from 2017 to 2019. During this time, she helped shape national standards for pediatric blood disease care.
