"I graduated from medical school in 2010 and specialized in cardiovascular surgery. My training was built on microvascular anastomoses—suturing blood vessels under a microscope where a 0.1-millimeter error could end a life. I loved the discipline. I loved the pressure. But I slowly noticed something that unsettled me: in the chaos of emergency surgery and intensive care, the patient rarely remembers your face. You save their life, but you are a ghost in their survival story.

In 2012, a 31-year-old man was recovering in my ICU after a successful valve replacement. His vitals were stable, but his heart rate refused to settle. The nurses said he would not look in the mirror. He had lost his hair years earlier, and the hospital gown made him feel stripped of his identity. One morning, I sat beside him and asked what was wrong. He said, 'Doctor, you fixed my heart. But when I go home, my daughter will still ask why Daddy looks sick.'

That night, I studied his chart again. Tachycardia with no cardiac cause. It was shame. Pure, physical shame. I referred him to a dermatologist for a hair system temporarily, and within a week, his heart rate normalized. His cardiologist colleague laughed at me. 'You are a heart surgeon. After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine in 2010, Dr. Caymaz became interested in hair transplantation. He did an internship in Spain during his university years. He has been in many international congresses and has various degrees that have been presented at seminars. Dr Erkam Caymaz became a member of WFI "World Fue Institute" and "Fue Europe" Certified Surgeon in 2020. "American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine" certified surgeon 2022.

Dr. Ceren Gölcü is a dentist in Istanbul with over 15 years of experience. She specializes in dental implantology, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and sedation dentistry. She graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2010. Since then, she has worked as a founding dentist and chief physician in private clinics.

Dr. Gölcü completed advanced training in dental implantology in Los Angeles and Germany.
