Prof. Dr. Lecturer. Prof. Dr. Sinem Zeynep Metin was born in Istanbul in 1981. In 2000, she graduated from Istanbul Galatasaray High School. In 2006, she graduated from Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and received the title of Doctor of Medicine. In 2010, she completed her specialty training at Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty and became a Psychiatry Specialist. He completed the first 2 training modules of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. In 2011-2012, she completed her State Service Obligation in Antalya Kumluca State Hospital.

In 2012, she completed her training at the Sexual Education, Research and Treatment Association and became a certified therapist. She has articles in Turkish and English published in national and international scientific journals, congress proceedings and book chapters. Her professional interests; Eating disorders, Sexual Dysfunctions and Psychosomatic Disorders. She speaks fluent English and French. She was born in Istanbul in 1986. He graduated from Üsküdar American High School in 2004. In 2010, she graduated from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine and received the title of doctor of medicine. In 2011, he started his specialty training at Istanbul Medical Faculty, Department of Mental Health and Diseases and became a psychiatry specialist in 2016. He fulfilled his state service obligation at Diyarbakır Bismil State Hospital. In 2020, he started his doctoral studies on the epidemiology of psychosis at Maastricht University School of Mental Health and Neuroscience in the Netherlands and is still continuing. In 2021, she started working as a psychiatry specialist at NPISTANBUL AMATEM department. In 2023, she was awarded the title of associate professor in psychiatry. Dr. Ceylan Ergül continues to work as an associate professor at Üsküdar University Department of Mental Health and Diseases and continues her research in the fields of addiction and psychosis.

Dr. Mehmet Osman Akcakaya is a neurosurgeon with 18 years of experience. He specializes in microneurosurgery and functional neurosurgery. He treats head trauma, brain tumors, Parkinson’s disease, and spinal disorders. Dr. Akcakaya uses advanced surgical techniques for these complex conditions.

He has received several awards, including the Second Prize for 'Best Oral Presentation' at the Congress of the Nervous System Surgery Society. He completed a 4-year training program with the European Association of Neurosurgical Societies (EANS). He also holds the EANS board certificate (Part I). Dr. Akcakaya has completed fellowships in Israel and Germany.

He is a member of the Turkish Association of Neurosurgery and EANS. He has also served on scientific committees for international courses on endoscopic spine surgery.

Born in Mucur district of Kırşehir, Firdevs Seyfe Şen completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Kırşehir and then entered Adana Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine in 1987. After graduating in 1993, she started to work as a general practitioner in Kırşehir province Kaman district No. 1 health center to do her compulsory service. After 1 year, he was assigned to Kırşehir State Hospital Emergency Department. Then he assumed the duty of Kırşehir Provincial Health Directorate Mental and Mental Health Branch Directorate. In 1996, he became a specialty student at Manisa Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Mental Health and Diseases with TUS. He successfully presented his thesis titled "Attitudes of people living in a rural area in Turkey towards depression" and became a Psychiatrist.

His first place of duty as a mental health and diseases specialist was Manisa Turgutlu State Hospital. Here he managed the psychiatry clinic for over 10 years. In accordance with the legislation of the Ministry of Health, he worked as a private practice physician for a period.

He became a Psychodrama Therapist at Abdülkadir Özbek Psychodrama Institute. She received individual Psychoanalysis training from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayhan Eğrilmez, social skills training in Schizophrenia from Prof. Dr. Mustafa Yıldız, Motivational interviewing training from Prof. Dr. Kültegin Ögel.

She successfully completed the Psychoanalytically Oriented Group Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis Training organized by Halime Odağ Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy Foundation and Prof. Dr. Vamık Volkan's Use of Dreams in Psychoanalysis Training.

Here, he completed TMU trainings in addition to his interests for 2 years and became a pioneer in TMU treatment in Izmir province.

As of February 2022, he decided to continue his education, knowledge and professional experience at Üsküdar University NP Brain Hospital and started to work.

Prof. Dr. Salih Murat İmer is a neurosurgeon with over 30 years of experience. He founded and led the Neurosurgery Department at Okan University Hospital. He has written 68 scientific articles and contributed to 9 book chapters. Dr. İmer has also presented at 33 international congresses, showing his influence in neurosurgery worldwide.

Dr. İmer holds advanced certifications in functional and stereotactic neurosurgery, Leksell Gamma Knife radiosurgery, and endoscopic spine surgery. He received specialized training in several European countries. He has worked with leading experts such as Prof. Matti Vapalahti and Prof. Juha Hernesniemi. Through these collaborations, he has helped improve neurosurgical practice and education around the world.

Dr. Mustafa Yavuz Samanci is an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital in Istanbul. He has specialized training in stereotactic, functional, and pediatric neurosurgery. Dr. Samanci completed a clinical fellowship in Gamma Knife Radiosurgery. He has also finished advanced programs in spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation. He received several TÜBİTAK postdoctoral research fellowships and the Prof. Dr. Hakan Caner Overseas Education Scholarship from the Turkish Neurosurgical Society.

Dr. Samanci is an active member of several national and international neurosurgical societies. These include the Turkish Neurosurgical Society, the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society, and the European Society for Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery. Dr. Nihal Tastekin is a psychiatrist. She completed her residency in 2020 at Istanbul Erenköy Mental and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital. She graduated from Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine in 2013. Her thesis examined the clinical and cognitive effects of a computer-assisted cognitive improvement method in people with opioid use disorder.

She completed her state service at Bolu İzzet Baysal Mental Health and Diseases Hospital from October 2020 to June 2022. She provided AMATEM outpatient and inpatient care from April 2021 to June 2022. She has worked at the NP Istanbul Brain Hospital AMATEM clinic since June 2022.

Dr. Nurperi Gazioglu is a neurosurgeon. She trained at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. She earned her MD in 1984 after study from 1978 to 1984. She completed neurosurgery training from 1986 to 1993. Her 1993 dissertation examined “Fetal Hypophysis Transplantation Under the Renal Capsule in Rats.”

She completed advanced courses in endoscopic pituitary surgery (2005, 2007, 2008) and endoscopic lumbar disc surgery (2007). She also trained in molecular genetics for clinicians (2003) and CME with the World Federation of Neurology (2002). She studied epilepsy surgery focused on insular–hippocampal anatomy (1999) and thoracolumbar trauma (1998). She attended the EANS European Neurosurgery Course (1988). Her clinical training includes observerships at APHP Necker–Enfants Malades and Hôpital Lariboisière in 1991. She completed an internship there in 1999.

Op. Dr. Kemal Paksoy was born in Trabzon in 1982. In 2007, he graduated from Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine. In 2014, he completed his specialty training at Ondokuz Mayıs University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Neurosurgery. Between 2014-2018, he worked at Rize Kaçkar State Hospital Neurosurgery Clinic. Between 2018 and 2024, he worked at Memorial Hospitals Group Spine Center. Dr. Melek Gozde Lus graduated from the Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine in 1999. She completed her residency in Child and Adolescent Mental Health at Istanbul University, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine (Capa) in 2008. She then served at Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospital from 2008 to 2010.

She focuses on ADHD, dyslexia, autism and Asperger syndrome, and other neurodevelopmental disorders. She also treats developmental delays, anxiety, and OCD. Her training includes CBT (basic and supervision) for children and adolescents. She is trained in child-centered and CBT play therapy, and in filial therapy with structured play and art. She holds international certification in schema therapy.

Her thesis examined bipolar co-diagnosis in children with ADHD. She has published articles in national and international journals on ADHD, autism, and internet addiction. She is a member of the Turkish Medical Association, the Turkish Psychiatric Association, the Child and Youth Mental Health Association, and the American Association of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She contributed to Turkey’s Autism Action Plan by providing early diagnosis training for family physicians.
