Маман болғаннан бері ол Андрологияның қосымша саласына назар аударып, әртүрлі оқыту сессиялары мен конференцияларға қатысып, әлемнің жетекші Андрология профессорларымен бірге операциялар жасаған. 2017 жылы Еуропа Урология қауымдастығының жүргізген жазбаша және ауызша емтихандарынан өтіп, "FEBU" атағын алды.

2020 жылы доктор Серткая Урология доценті атағына ие болды. 2008 жылы басталған Урология және Андрологиядағы сапары 2022 жылы негізін қалаған Andro Expertise Ерлер денсаулығы және эстетика орталығында жалғасуда. Ол өз клиникасында пациенттерді қабылдап, серіктес ауруханаларда операциялар жүргізеді.
