Dr. Azmi Hamzaoglu is a leading spine surgeon with 36 years of experience in orthopedics and traumatology. He founded the Istanbul Scoliosis and Spine Center, the first facility in Turkey focused on spine surgery.

Dr. Hamzaoglu has performed thousands of complex surgeries, such as discectomy, kyphoplasty, scoliosis correction, and anterior cervical discectomy and fusion. He is known for developing new surgical techniques and has played a key role in improving spine care in Turkey.

He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association. He has also held important academic and clinical leadership positions, showing his dedication to high standards and patient care in spine surgery.

Assoc. Prof. Ozdogan, M.D., Ph.D., completed his education at Yeditepe University Health Sciences Institute in the Molecular Medicine Doctorate Program under Prof. Dr. Turgay İsbir, and he also studied at Saint Louis University in Arkansas, USA, with Prof. Dr. M. Gazi Yasargil. He pursued a Clinical Fellowship in Brain and Nerve Surgery at Yeditepe University Hospital, guided by Prof. Dr. Yasargil and Prof. Dr. Uğur Türe. Additionally, he underwent specialization training at Ufuk University Faculty of Medicine, the Faculty of Medicine at Gazi University, and completed his secondary education at İçel Anatolian High School.

Professionally, he has held various positions, including Faculty Member in the Department of Neurosurgery at Haliç University, and Associate Professor at Private Adatip Istanbul Hospital and Biruni University Hospital. He has also served as an Associate Professor at S.B.U. Kartal, Sancaktepe, and Istanbul Training and Research Hospitals, and worked as a Chief Assistant at S.B.U. Gaziosmanpaşa Taksim and Kartal Training and Research Hospitals. His earlier roles include Specialist Doctor at S.B.U. Dr. Rattalerk Arunakul is a specialist in Endoscopic Spine Surgery, Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery, and Adult Reconstructive Spine Surgery. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Chulalongkorn Hospital in 1999. He completed his orthopedic surgery training at Srinakarin Hospital, Khon Kaen University in 2004.

Dr. Arunakul has worked in research and clinical roles at top institutions. These include the University of California Irvine, Rady Children’s Hospital at UC San Diego, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Yale School of Medicine. He has completed international training and fellowships in both adult and pediatric spinal care.

Dr. Gun Keorochana specializes in spinal interventions and minimally invasive spine surgery. His expertise includes MIS TLIF, LLIF, MIDLF, endoscopic spine surgery, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty. He received his Doctor of Medicine with First Class Honors from the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University in 2000.

Dr. Keorochana completed orthopedic surgery training at Srinakarin Hospital, Khon Kaen University in 2004. He then joined a spinal surgery program at Ramathibodi Hospital, Mahidol University in 2006. He continued his training with a spine fellowship at UCLA Comprehensive Spine Center from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, he also completed a visiting fellowship in minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery at the Desert Institute for Spine Care in Phoenix, Arizona.

Clinical focus: neurorehabilitation, geriatric rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Uses robotics and wearable exoskeleton gait training. Performs ultrasound-guided procedures and advanced laser and radiofrequency therapies.
