Dr. Ismael Avila Iniguez is a certified General Surgeon and Urologist. He trained at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and UNAM. He has performed over 3,000 urological and oncological surgeries. Dr. Avila helped establish organ transplant units in Baja California and has improved cancer care in the region.

He is certified by the Mexican Councils of General Surgery and Urology. Dr. Avila has served as General Director and active surgeon at the General Hospital of Mexicali. Dr. Ramazan Altin is a urologist. He graduated from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine (English) in 2000. He completed his urology specialization there in 2005.

He advanced his expertise in uro-oncology and robotic surgery in 2013 at Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Ankara Atatürk Training and Research Hospital. He continued this training in 2014 at the Cleveland Clinic Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute.
