He trained for two years at the Di Ivo Pitanguy School of Plastic Surgery. He also specialized in minimally invasive gluteoplasty techniques in France with Dr. Francois Petit.

Dr. Parafioriti has taught future surgeons as a trainer in Palermo, Italy. He is known for his work with advanced protocols using mesenchymal stem cells in surgery and regenerative medicine. His focus on innovation and high standards sets him apart in his field.
