Professor Shixin Liu, MD, PhD, is the Discipline Leader of the Oncology Center. He is the former President of Jilin Provincial Cancer Hospital and former Director of the Cancer Prevention and Treatment Research Institute. He is a second-level professor and doctoral supervisor. He has received the State Council Special Government Allowance, the 4th National Famous Doctor (Outstanding Contribution) award, and the Model of Medical Ethics honor.

He specializes in the comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. His focus is precision radiotherapy for thoracic and abdominal cancers. He is skilled in IMRT, VMAT, and SBRT for lung, esophageal, breast, and rectal cancers.

His leadership roles include Vice Chair of CMA Radiation Oncology, CACA Radiotherapy, and CACA Particle Therapy. He serves on the CSCO Standing Committee and as Vice Chair of the CSCO Radiation Oncology Expert Committee. He is Vice Chair of CPAM Radiation Oncology and a Standing Committee member of CSMEA. He chairs the Jilin Medical Association Radiation Oncology branch. He is on the editorial boards of the Chinese Journal of Radiation Oncology and the Practical Journal of Cancer.

Assoc. Prof. Ayşe İrem Yasin, M.D., is a medical oncologist who specializes in solid tumors. Her clinical focus includes breast, lung, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, and urologic cancers. She also treats brain and other CNS tumors, soft tissue sarcomas, head and neck cancers, adenocarcinomas, melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, and cancers of unknown primary. She practices at Medipol Acıbadem District Hospital (2025–present). She previously worked at Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital (2023–2025).

She completed a Medical Oncology fellowship at Bezmialem Vakıf University (2019–2022). This followed an Internal Medicine residency at the same institution (2012–2016). Dr. Boaz Liberman, MD, is an orthopedic oncologist and sarcoma surgeon for adults and children. He directs the Orthopedic Oncology Unit and serves as Vice Head of Orthopedic Surgery at Sheba Medical Center. His focus is limb-sparing cancer surgery with functional reconstruction. He performs complex joint reconstruction, revision arthroplasty, MRgFUS, and reconstruction after bone metastases.

Fellowships in Adult Reconstruction at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto, and in Orthopedic Oncology at Mount Sinai Hospital and Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sait Buğdacı is a highly experienced physician specializing in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He completed his medical education and specialty training at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine and Şişli Etfal Training and Research Hospital. His clinical interests include gastrointestinal diseases, endoscopic procedures, and clinical research. Prof. Selin Kapan has been a Professor of General Surgery since 2017. She is currently with Istanbul Aydın University, Faculty of Medicine, Department of General Surgery (2022–present). She previously worked at Bakırköy Dr. Sadi Konuk Training and Research Hospital as a Specialist and Associate Professor. She also served as Educational and Administrative Supervisor at Kanuni Sultan Süleyman Training and Research Hospital. In addition, she was Medical Coordinator and General Surgeon at Istanbul Surgery Hospital.

She has authored or co-authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers. Dr. Nail Paksoy is an associate professor of medical oncology at Medipol Bahçelievler Hospital. He is board-certified by the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO). Dr. Paksoy specializes in lung, breast, and gastrointestinal cancers. He uses modern immunotherapy and targeted therapy protocols. His clinic is JCI-accredited for high safety standards.

Assoc. Prof. Atakan Topçu, M.D., is a medical oncologist at Medipol University and Medipol Acıbadem Regional Hospital. His work also covers targeted therapies, immunotherapy, geriatric oncology, and cancer-related malnutrition, cachexia, and sarcopenia.

He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers. Recent work includes a 2024 Frontiers in Medicine study on geriatric syndromes and a 2023 Future Oncology paper on sarcopenia and anxiety in lung cancer.
