Dr. Nese Kurt Ozkaya is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at MEDICANA SIVAS Hospital. She graduated from Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Medicine in 2000. She completed her specialization in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery in 2013.

Dr. Ozkaya has broad experience in rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, ear aesthetics, and both facial and body aesthetics. She is skilled in advanced cosmetic procedures, including Botox and laser treatments. She has worked in both national and international clinical settings. She also received academic training in orthognathic surgery at St George’s University Hospital in England.

Dr. Igor Chmelyuk is a skilled surgeon with expertise in plastic, aesthetic, and hepatopancreatobiliary procedures. He graduated from Lugansk State Medical University. He also completed internships in general and cardiovascular surgery.

Dr. Chmelyuk has expanded his skills through international courses and conferences. He received intensive training in laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery, as well as modern aesthetic breast surgery in Russia, France, and Spain. Dr. Francis Jeon is a board-certified thoracic and cardiovascular surgeon. He has broad experience in both clinical work and teaching. He completed his medical degree and residency at Soonchunhyang Medical University and Hospital. He later worked there as an instructor and outpatient professor.

Dr. Jeon has held leadership positions, including Auditor of the Korean Society for Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery from 2019 to 2021. He is also a member of WPATH. Since 2009, he has served as the representative at Evita Clinic. In 2011, the American Biographical Institute named him “Man of the Year in Medicine & HealthCare.”
