Dr. Pimpchaya Panichkul is a specialist in cosmetic surgery. She has over 10 years of experience in training and patient care. She earned her medical degree from Rangsit University in 2002. She also holds an MSc in Cosmetic Science from Mae Fah Luang University, completed in 2013.

Dr. Panichkul received a Diploma in Dermatology from Boston, USA, in 2006. She completed a fellowship in Cosmetic and Laser Surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Miami. She has certificates in Minimal Invasive Plastic Surgery and Thread Rejuvenation from Korea, as well as Pan-Asia Facial Rejuvenation from Korea. She also trained in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Germany. In 2015, she earned a Diploma in Anti-Aging Medicine from DPU Thailand.

Dr. Mehmet Berki is a physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine and clinical leadership. He is Chief Physician and Responsible Manager at Scala Polyclinic (2025–present). He held the same role at Cinik Hair Hospital (2022–2024). He also worked full-time as an emergency physician at several hospitals in Istanbul.

He managed health services for 17,000–20,000 students and more than 2,000 staff at Yeditepe University. He trained 250 physicians in reproductive health and AIDS under the Baku-Ceyhan pipeline EU project. In 2012, he graduated from Zaporizhzhia State Medical University with a degree in "Medical Medicine". Then he completed an internship at the Department of Surgery and Proctology of the ZMAPE in the 9th City Hospital (Zaporizhzhya).
