Dr. Victor Alexander Krol - Chief of Gastroenterology, Internal Medicine and Obesity Treatment Center at Martinus Hospital

Dr. Victor Alexander Krol is a highly qualified specialist, heading the departments of gastroenterology and internal medicine. With many years of experience and deep knowledge in his field, Dr. Krol has established himself as an outstanding expert, providing patients with comprehensive treatment and an individual approach. Dr. Philipp Riss is the Team Leader in Surgical Endocrinology at the Medical University of Vienna. He specializes in general and visceral surgery. Dr. Riss earned his Doctorate in Medicine in 2005. He is a Senior Physician and a University Professor. He leads the Surgical Endocrinology Working Group. Dr. Riss has also organized several major international congresses.

He has received the Venia Docendi Award and the Sandoz Award for Thyroid Research. Dr. Kayihan Engin is a Radiation Oncologist. He earned his medical degree from Uludağ University Medical College in 1983. He completed his residency in Radiation Oncology at the Center of Oncology & Nuclear Medicine in Istanbul in 1990. From 1990 to 1994, he pursued a post-doctoral fellowship in Thermoradiotherapy at Thomas Jefferson University in the USA.

Dr. Engin has held key academic and leadership roles. He served as Professor, Chairman, and Faculty Accreditation Coordinator at Uludağ University Medical College from 1991 to 2005. He was also Professor and Director at Anadolu Medical Center between 2004 and 2017. Since 2017, he has led the Oncological Sciences departments at Ceylan International and Medicana Bursa Hospitals.
